Knowledgeable young man. He clearly explained process & LISTENED to questions.

Richard is very good at communicating with his client (me). He reviewed what was needed, how long it would take and what it would cost, and he was spot-on on all three. He even works on weekends. The clincher: he and his crew worked in my attic and outside from to complete an A/C installation in one day when the temperature outside was 96 and in the attic was 140 degrees. He did not want to leave until we had working A/C. I would HIGHLY recommend RC H&C

RIchard explained everything he did to service my Central AC unit so I knew what was going on. He explained what they look for and that our system was up to par. He was very outgoing.

There weren't any messes to be cleaned up. Being a widow I felt very safe and comfortable having them in my home.

I had a man who was very pleasant to be around. He explained everything as he was doing and also what needed to be done. I enjoyed his company and he didnt do anything until asking me. He didnot charge me for something that wasnt needed. He was so good I asked him if I could hire him and he said yes and gave me a phone number to call if needed. Yes he is definitely the person i would hire again.
