Excellent! Everything was finished perfectly despite unforeseen problem accessing the propane tank. Water softener system is a lot less work than the old one.

Can't say enough about the professionalism of Leon and his crew. He gave me an estimate that was dead on what the final charges were. They were there on time, they kept the jobsite clean and the install was top notch. Even the heating and air conditioning contractor who came in the next day to replace the heating and central a/c system commented on how well the install was. I would have no reservations about recommending Leon to work on my house if the case arises.

Leon provided excellent service. He corrected some things that were installed incorrectly by a previous provider.

Everything was done in one day. The new water softener does a better job and runs itself. The new Rinnai water heater takes up less space and is more energy efficient.

Leon, from Noel Enterprise, came to the house and observed the area where the Rinnai would be placed, taking in plumbing, electric, and venting area. A week later Leon and his two technicians installed the Rinnai. We already had an LP Gas tank so installing a new gas line was good. The Rinnai was installed professionally, new plumbing and electric perfect, and it looks great. Leon also had all the paperwork ready for the Rinnai rebate and end of year tax credits. Great job!

Beautiful all the way through, including leaving us with specific directions for what to do when we leave for extended periods during cold weather. Apparently we need to shut down the heater or it may break, and there is a specific procedure to follow. The manufacturer doesn't tell you this until it is too late... We would recommend Noel Enterprises for anyone with instant heat, and if you don't have instant heat, you should just invite them over. Great guys & very knowledgable.

I was able to get a hold of Noel Enterprises and they responded quickly. He went out of his way to do the service in timely fashion. Leon showed on time, was extremely easy to work with, and worked on the problem efficiently. He was asy to work with, very knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend him.

Leon and his crew were punctual and professional. The heater works beautifully, and they did an excellent job cleaning up when they were done.

My current water heater was thirteen (13) years old and I knew it wouldn't last much longer. I have been considering a tankless water heater for some time now and read good reviews regarding Noel Enterprises. I called to set up an appointment and the owner/president, Leon Clayberger, came out to my house the next day to explain in detail everything involved with installing a tankless water heater. The brand they recommend is Rinnai. Leon was very detailed and thorough in his presentation to me and guaranteed the quoted price. He wouldn't even take a down payment!! That is how confident he was in his product. We then proceeded downstairs to my basement so that I could show him where my current water heater is and where I would like my new tankless water heater to go. My current water heater took up a lot of space in the small closet that it was located in, which was an unusual position for it to be placed. It was put there when the house was built, so I really had no choice in the matter. I wanted the new tankless water heater to be placed in a hidden corner of my basement, which is exactly where Leon said it would have to go!! Worked out perfectly. We set up a date for the following week to have the unit installed. Come installation day, Leon and his crew arrived a bit early, which was fine by me. I was impressed to see that the owner/president came with his crew to oversee the entire installation process. He informed me that he went out on every job his company did. This to me is the mark of an owner who truly cares about his customers. It took about four (4) hours to install the tankless water heater. The entire crew was courteous and neat. They also removed my old water heater free of charge!! Now the little closet where it was located in is now a usable storage spot!! After the installation was over, the crew cleaned up everything very nicely and Leon took the time to explain to me how to maintain it and what to check for. The tankless water heater works like a charm!! You never run out of hot water and you don't have to constantly adjust the temperature during a shower when your hot water is getting low. Yes, it does take just a few more seconds for the water to heat up, but that is inherent with all tankless water heaters. Also, I can't hear a thing when I turn on my faucet or shower. I have read where some tankless water heaters make quite a bit of noise when in operation, but this one is very quiet. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Also, the typical life for a tankless water heater is twenty (20) years!! Now that is impressive. Noel Enterprises' reputation and good reviews are well deserved. I plan on using them whenever I need service.

install went smoothly, set the 2 tanks filled them 2 thirds full of calcium hooked up water lines, ran through system, then checked fpr acid and hardness, very professional install. system looks great and works the way it was designed.

We called Leon wanting some information about the Rinnai tankless water heater. He was very easy to talk to and answered all our questions! He came to the house and gave a complete presentation, looked at our current system, and showed us where he thought the Rinnai should be installed. Thankfully, he was able to also do all the gas work to hook up to our propane system. He came abut a week later and installed the Rinnai in one morning. We were so impressed with the speed, neatness, and cleanliness of the installation. It was completely working when they left with barely any interruption in our hot water supply. We are so impressed with the Rinnai and with the installation crew! We love the Rinnai, and the ability to change the temperature of our water for our needs. Thanks so much Noel Enterprises!!

We had previously used Leon to install a Rinnai tankless water heater and wanted a water system installed. We are on public water and wanted the chlorination removed from our water. He was able to show us exactly where the install would need to happen based on our water main. He also asked about our usage to see what tank size we needed. He was very knowledgeable about water systems! He was able to answer any questions!! The installation was very quick and our water was turned off for only a short time. He stayed and tested the water after the system was installed to make sure everything was working properly. We had immediate results with the softener and love the purified water. It tastes so much better and we love the fact that our water is free from all chemicals. Thanks again Noel Enterprises and Leon!!

both installs went real well. The professionalism of Mr. Clayberger and his crew was outstanding. Whatever mess was made, they were sure to clean and maintain a clean work area. Very happy with the explanation on the operation of both units. I have had to call and got a quick response with detailed instructions on how to resolve minor issues myself, without a service tech showing up.
