Did the job quickly with the desired results

Work scheduled within a reasonable amount of time. Workers showed up on time. All my questions were answered. Quality of work exceptional. Unlike another company I was considering, They performed drainage work outside my foundation as well as in my crawl space. I highly recommend this company for anyone having problems in their basement/crawl space.

Excellent work

It ended up being done very well. I wasnâ t expecting any clean up but I did need to wipe down siding , clean off pipes and break down mortar in the grass. But it didnâ t take too long. Both neighbors told us they did a great job and worked very hard. Today it looks great.

Not satisfied!

They came a little unprepared. They had no battery with them to install the backup. They did go out and but one at a local retail store but I am not sure I got as good a quality battery as I might of if they had been prepared. The work area needed some polish after they left. I would not call it a mess but it did not have a finished appearance. I cleaned it up myself. All that said, they did do the job I needed not what gained them the most revenue.

Good. They repaired a problem situation caused by another contractor who went out of business and reneged on their warranties. I think I am in good shape now. They use what seems to be high-quality parts.

I had tried calling other local contractors on my own but couldn't get anyone to return my call. I then tried Home Advisor and both companies called me back within a day. One company didn't do the kind of work I was looking to have done but, thankfully, the second company did. They were able to do the work within a week's time. Everyone was so nice and considerate. It was a pleasure working with them.

They were a very professional, customer friendly and quality company. I was impressed with the care and concern they showed for my residence. They took considerable time to screen off the work area and make sure all floors and carpets were protected. I would recommend them highly!

Completed the first job but there is another issue that they are coming to give me an estimate on. First job was completed in a timely manner but they aren't great on returning phone calls. Left message a week ago and had to call them back and this time they answered which was good.

Received quick response and appt for the next day. They have been in business 30something years. Easy financing with decent rates hired them and they were there the next day to start and finish the project. Looks professional. Workers were focused on the job. I completely stayed out of there way and let them do what they came for. Great Compny. I have other projects that need to be done in the future and will call them back

In my original review, I described the basement expert as basement clowns and I have to say that still stands. I hired these people to support a failing main beam in my basement so that my floor could be somewhat restored to the original position it was when the house was built ( 3 inch slope in the floor.) They sent someone in who would not be doing the work and then later changed the design on-site. The original plan was to replace the original beam ( they placed a steel beam underneath it, because they are lazy and did not feel like building false walls. Which they later told me, oh we upgraded you to steel at no cost to you, Ben. No, you just did not want to do the actual work required to do the job properly.) They came in did the job and placed far more tension on the structure than it could handle within the first day. So what did that do? I now have bulges in my walls and fresh cracks all over the place. I voiced this concern, and they sent out a second team ( which was far more knowledgeable than the first one and they agreed with me that there me that too much pressure was placed on the replacement. ) They had to move one of the wooden replacement beams installed because it was not properly installed by the first crew. ( they, of course, charged me additional labor fees for their mistakes.) They even put a smaller support beam underneath the pitched porch, which has NOTHING to do with the problem I hired them for, nor is it solving anything being there. They did not take responsibility for the new damage to my home or offer to repair it either. I had enough of dealing with these people and will not be calling them to do whats STILL needed to be done. Overall, this job cost me 7800$ and while they could potentially be experts in something else- leveling a floor and any potential level of engineering is not the strong suit of these people. Hire an engineer for your structural issues and then direct contractors what you need them to do. These people did a bang-up job on a property that I am trying to sell. 7800$ wasted.
