 + -1 moreI contacted Smitty's because a they were recommended to a friend on Facebook and I saw the post. Smitty's wife Lenny is the office coordinator so I spoke with her mostly in order to arrange an appointment. We decided on a Friday morning at 8am. Smitty came right on time. I showed him the areas that needed work and he said it would be about $30 and take hardly any time. He figured he would stop up the next morning and make the repairs before a quoits tournament. Saturday came and went, and we didn't see Smitty. It wasn't urgent so I didn't really care. I knew he would come at some point. On Monday, Lenny called to apologize that Smitty hadn't been up. I told her that I met with him but that he didn't return to make the repairs. She apologized and said she would get it taken care of. I think he ended up fixing the stuff on Tuesday or Wednesday.... but I don't know for sure because he didn't leave a bill and we still haven't gotten any sort of invoice from them. We just noticed the gutter guards and that there was no leak in the other gutter. We are very happy with the work and the turnaround time to get it all done. I just wonder whether I need to follow up with them to get an invoice... but I keep forgetting to call them during business hours.
Description of Work: Gutter shields installed in places where water overflows, and leaky gutter cap res-sealed.
