Pulse Plumbing

I wish there was a rating higher than an 'A.' Rich Reustle from Pulse in Pennsauken, NJ performed the work. It was done on an emergency basis and Rich's team was punctual, efficient and very neat. They arranged to have the supply lines marked, pulled the permits, dug up the yard, replaced the line from the street all the way into the house and regraded the yard. The services were performed in less than 8 hours, for less than the reasonable estimate, which was a very welcome surprise. PULSE (Rich) has done other plumbing work for me both here and at my daughter's house and regardless of whether it's Rich or Joe (a great plumber and very hard and neat worker) that comes out, they accommodate our time frame, are sensitive to the nature of the need (or emergency) and they do great work at always a very fair price. They always leave the work area clean. I am a very satisfied customer and would call them back with no hesitation.

PULSE gave a free estimate which they held to, provided information about the products, and once selected came at the designated date and time. Rich, who did the estimate, also was involved in doing the work, so they didn't just send out some subcontractor to do the work. They spent the whole day there as well as part of the next day, so I have every confidence they spent the time necessary to do the work right. They cleaned up the whole area well. Compared to other plumbers I have had in the area, Pulse Plumbing are excellent. They provide a very good price, they were on time, they handled the work very well and they had a supervisor to come in and check on them and he actually followed up with me later on to make sure I was pleased with the service and I thought that was very good. I was very pleased with them and I will use them again. I thought their price was very fair, I checked on the internet to see what the unit price would be and it was around 1,400 dollars and I was very pleased with the work and everything they had to do with it. They had one little problem, when the unit arrived, it was damaged and they quickly turned around, went back to the suppliers, got another one and they were back here and ready to go in 2 hours. They earned my respect. The quality of their work and responsiveness was very good.

The experience was very good and so was the service. They gave good advice and did a good job. I will use them again in the future.
