Absolutely, TOTALLY perfectly!!!  Chris has been one of the best servicemen I have every hired or worked with (and I have hired and worked with a lot)!  
I first chose Chris to install our furnace/boiler (an important and big job, for the winter was approaching) because: (1) he had been very well reviewed on Angie's List and other websites; (2) I had a very, very good feeling about Chris and the quality of his work; and (3) he was the lowest bidder -- a couple of hundred dollars below the others who bid on the job, NOT including some bidders who were jerks or seemed incompetent.  I rarely choose the lowest bidder, for I want quality and a fair price, but I was impressed by Chris from the very first, and he has never disappointed me. In fact, he has consistently surprised me with his phenomenal service. 
Since 2013, I have hired Chris for several jobs.  He has continued to surpass my expectations. I have just moved out of the neighborhood and will no longer be able to hire Chris, but I wanted to write this review so that others can hire the best guy out there.

From the beginning to the end, Chris Urban was professional, extremely fair, efficient and personable. I trust Chris, his advice and his work and would recommend Urban Plumbing to all of my friends without any reservation.
Unlike most of the five other companies I received estimates from, he completely and clearly explained what and why he intended to do when he gave me the estimate, making it clear why it was not necessary that we spend extra money replacing certain parts that other companies had recommended we replace. He worked with me to come up with a price that made sense for both of us. I saved over two thousand dollars compared to the estimate I received from Sears. One other company gave an estimate that was $200 lower, but I trusted Chris and (as my Dad would have recommended), I did not chose the lowest bidder, who seemed flaky.
Then, once I chose Chris, he quickly performed the work with one assistant (and, boy, it was a lot of work!), cleaned up everything beautifully. The furnace has been working flawlessly ever since. In the unlikely event there are any problems, I know I can depend on him to come back and fix it. He explained what I needed to do to maintain the boiler, told me what he recommended that he do in the future to maintain it to ensure it will give me years of service, and what that would cost (not much).
I would hire Chris again at a heartbeat for any plumbing job --from heating to toilets. Chris is very smart, fair and nice. He and his wife have four young kids. He worked for me as if he wanted to ensure that I would continue to use him for years and years, knowing that the best customer is an educated a loyal customer. I hope I am able to hire Chris when his kids are going to college!
