I spoke with the T&D manager (Dan) at length on the phone about my kitchen project. He made an appointment the next week to review it and provide me with an estimate. I had to take off from work early to meet him but he never showed up. I called him and left multiple messages by phone and his website email but he never bothered to respond.

T & D Construction was PROMPT! Every day the crew was here at 8:00am. The boss (Don) went over the job with me before, during, and after. Everyone was polite and professional. They worked well and did not waste any time. Even my neighbor was VERY impressed with the work that was done in three days. I love the new space I have above the old flat roof and I can stand up in it, unlike the crawlspace above the rest of the house (1953 ranch). NOTE: T&D has been a little slow to respond to a couple issues. After the job was done I noted there were areas on the side of the house that needed caulking or even some siding material (saw it after dark when I put the attic lights on). Also, some roofing came in in a strong wind and the attic was leaking when it rained. After a few phone calls, the roof was fixed and one area got caulked. I'm still waiting for the other [larger] area to get fixed. Its a good sized gap - room for a small rodent or bird to make its way into the attic. Once that is fixed the rating to go up to A and they'll get a gold start or happy face - whatever Angie's uses on their ratings.
