Solid Wood Cabinets

Our representative was very unresponsive to our needs and wants. On top of that my wife and I felt that their product was sub par with huge come one prices.

It didn't go good at all cabinets came some had chips, broke. nail pop in drawer it was a nightmare i called them took them forever to call back, i had to take pictures and send them which i did. Very poor quality and horrible customer service. Now mind you I'm still waiting since feb 9th for the replacements i should have just waited until march. So when i picked out my granite i went with a level 2 which was a small amount over what i paid for i ask if they could compensate the difference for all the inconveinece, they told me no. Even there delivery man said they didn't answer there phones. Im still waiting for a phone call to see if they are gonna pay me the difference since cabinets now were less money, she was suppose to call me back Monday Feb 15 2015. STILL WAITING!!! Horrible company would not recommend!!!

The initial sale went ok. I knew what I wanted, and went in with a list from the contractor for the correct sizes for my kitchen. My sales person Kathrine or Kathleen (can't remember) had included upgrades (moldings ect) to my order without informing me (it's all numerical nonsense) - that my contractor caught when reviewing my order before delivery. He went into the showroom and asked why they added these additional cosmetic pieces. He was told that was common practice "in case it was needed/wanted". It does cost extra. He cancelled the additional pieces saving me a couple hundred dollars. The delivery was quick. However, since they package their cabinets in random boxes - what is on the outside, may not be whats on the inside. So you can't tell if you received the right order, until you open it. This was a complete reno project, and all the cabinets were bought during a sale - so it didn't get installed right away. The finished kitchen came out nice. When it was time to install the bathrooms, that's when I found out they had shipped the wrong bathroom vanity; and had never ordered the vanity tops. I contacted my salesperson, who referred me to Celeste. I kept trying to explain that I had the wrong vanity - so she wanted a photo of the one I had. I sent that, and waited. The vanity tops were delivered, after the oversight of not being ordered while I was waiting to have the vanity corrected. When I followed up, she asked again for a photo of the vanity, so I sent it again. Then she insisted that I had the correct vanity, even though they have different door fronts. Finally, they brought another vanity, and picked up the original wrong one they sent. However, it is still the wrong vanity (right style - wrong model). Since it took so long, and was such an aggravating and redundant process - I just took the loss on the cost difference between the one they sent and the one I originally wanted and won't buy from them again. I hope it all lasts long enough to justify the cost and aggravation.

We had paid for the cabinets (50%). Received a call at a later date for delivery, scheduled for 7 days later (after the company had confirmed they had our order). A day before the cabinets were to be delivered we received a call saying they no longer had the cabinets and that they would be back in stock in 6-8 weeks. After a few days of calls and threatening to cancel the entire order they finally shipped the cabinets. Cabinets arrived and were defective, the defect was not caught until they were installed. All of the bottom shelves were bowed 1/4 inch upward to the center resulting in an inability to use the bottom shelf. Had to argue with the corporate office to get them to come and take the cabinets back which they eventually did do. The final cabinets still have a slight bow. These cabinets are made in China and the quality control is not great. The Corporate office staff were a complete mess, staff changed, one person we were dealing with was fired, one corporate staff was as rude as could be, spoke to another person the next day on the defective cabinets and they could not have been nicer and replaced the cabinets. On a positive note the final cabinets look great and through the process our sales person did his best to address the issues although he was unable to influence the corporate office to any significant. Given all of the hassle, I would not recommend using this company again. Had the cabinets been delivered as originally scheduled and not been defective when they did arrive we would enthusiastically use this company again.

The sales person helped us design the layout for our new kitchen which was a renovation and addition. Worked with us with what we wanted and needed. The cabinets were delivered exactly on the time they said they would be there. Quick and courteous. If we had any questions or concerns they handled them in a reasonable amount of time. We recommend this business to friends and family.
