The technician came quickly and accessed our problem. He provided us the the information we needed to make an informed decision about whether to fix or replace our old AC unit. We chose to replace our old unit with a more efficient model and we are eligible for a tax rebate also. The install went well, with only minor glitches. The technicians were polite, quiet and unobtrusive even though replacing our old unit with a new one was a big, dirty job. We felt the difference in our home within a very short time. We have already recommended this company to a friend.

I worked with the owner. He visited, gave an accurate estimate, and scheduled a fix date. He arrived on time, finished all work to my satisfaction under the alotted time and estimate. He bled all radiators and gave me advice on small home repairs I could make. I'd recommend RTF to anyone. Great work!

The service and installation were excellent, I was in somewhat of an emergency situation, ie Philadelphia snowstorm, 19 inches of snow, tom showed up in spite of, installed a new peerless boiler, and I am happy with the workmanship, the timeliness, and the courtesy. I received a call back first thing the morning. I was in touch with the owner who was very content in listening to my delimma. He told what he would do and how he would follow through. He kept his word and offered a good price. He even agreed to work a payment plan to assist my needs. The were very professional and understanding of the situation. We are still completing all the details but I am sure that things will work out.

Technician was professional, and explained all possible causes and exactly what steps, and how much it would cost, BEFORE he even started the work. The price was good, and he worked effeciently and did not waste any time getting the job done.
