Wonderful experience. Price was the best out of 5 quotes as well as a military discount above and beyond the already lowest price. Quality of work was exceptional and the team that came in was professional, friendly and got the job done a day and a half early. Toms quote was generated in a timely manner and totally accurate. Near the end of the project I decided I wanted an upgraded wifi thermostat that they found for me and installed same day. Great company and I look forward to using them again!

I hired them to repair my heater-needed new ignitor it took about 2 weeks-March. It stopped working late March same problem this time they stated we got drywall dust in the heater that' what caused the ignitor to go bad -not even a month later. Ok we paid them to fix and clean out dust. About 3 weeks ago (apr-may 2014) we turned heat on did not come on . We called they came out same problem maybe dust caused it to go bad agai. This is not an inexpensive problem we paid about $500 the first time and about another $400 now we had to pay the service charge and pay for this to be repaired again.

So far the boiler is working great. My experience with RTF has been great. I'm a satisfied customer.

I talked to this company and they gave me a price after I told him all what I needed. I left a check with my mom for the work to be done. He came and looked at my basement and said he had to charge me more, after we had already agreed on a price. This is not a good way to deal.

I felt that I was grossly overcharged for lack of superior service.

We recently moved in to a pre-owned home and I asked for an inspection of my furnace/HVAC and gas fireplace. I was given a quote for the basic services. The team showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and took care of everything in a short time, leaving the areas neat and clean. In the process they corrected a problem in the furnace and also inspected the hot water heater. I have additional work which I will have them come back to complete.

service was great ,everyone from the receptionist,,the owner and the technition . I was very satisfied, the tech was inforn mative and answered all my questions and was very patient and pleasant which is a plus in my estimation. RTF Mechanical. Great job at best price. Very courteous, on-time and completed job on-schedule. Other companies wanted us to wait at least a week. They did it in 2 days and this was when we had the heat wave on temps/humidity around 105 degrees. I wouldn�t have survived a week without going somewhere else to sleep. 5 star rating.
