Our experience with Parkyn Landscaping has been nothing short of exceptional. From our first meeting with Tyler, who provided us with a detailed estimate and walked us through every step of the process, to the final transformation of our front and back yard, we have been thoroughly impressed. Initially, our front yard and driveway were plagued with weeds, worn-out mulch, and overgrown bushes desperately in need of trimming. The backyard presented an even larger challenge, with an overgrown garden neglected for over four years and two large fig trees requiring attention. The team at Parkyn Landscaping tackled these issues with expertise and professionalism. They started by removing the smaller, unhealthy fig tree and clearing out all debris. They then filled in the lawn with fresh soil, adjusted the grading for better drainage, and meticulously planted new grass seeds, ensuring to cover them with straw and providing us with detailed watering instructions for optimal growth. Along the side of our house, they planted small boxwood shrubs that promise to enhance our yard's aesthetic once they mature. On the scheduled day, Parkyn Landscaping's crew arrived promptly at 7:30 am, ready to work. Despite the scorching 90-degree heat, they worked tirelessly throughout the day, demonstrating efficiency and a no-nonsense approach. By 4:30 pm, they had completely transformed our yard beyond recognition – so much so that we couldn't resist taking pictures to share with our relatives. We cannot recommend Parkyn Landscaping highly enough to anyone in need of landscaping services. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of Parkyn Landscaping. This is my second time using their services and both times I have been extremely impressed with how professional and timely they are. We hired Tyler last year to prep our back yard and install sod. The results were great and we were extremely happy with the results. This year, we decided we wanted to start a garden in our back yard and due to the maintenance required to upkeep the grass we decided to remove the sod and convert it to a turf surface. We contacted Tyler for a quote and received an estimate for the cost. We did some additional research and determined the quote was fair and in line with competitors for the service. After confirming the budget for the project and working on finalizing the details we agreed to the price and moved forward with the project. We waited for the weather to clear up and all the supplies were gathered the project. Tyler completed the project in a few days and it turned out better than we imagined.

My experience with Darcy, Tyler and their Parkyn Properties team was consistently exceptional. They are responsive, timely, knowledgeable and take great pride in their work. All my questions were answered quickly, they continue to touch base about my lawn care, and they adjusted with agility and grace when I added to my initial scope of work. Great experience!

They were very easy to deal with and responsive to calls and texts, answering questions and keeping me posted about estimates and scheduling. The crew arrived on time and they were both pleasant and professional. The results were fantastic. The team went the extra mile, clearing away some overgrown tree branches. I truly felt that they were treating my property as if it were their own. I heartily recommend Parkyn Properties and would hire them again!

Great work and highly knowledgeable. I am very happy with the work that Tyler and his coworkers did to restore our front lawn after we had trees removed. It was a large job that required removing existing soil and tree roots before laying down fresh sod. Total area worked on was 45 x 17 and they were able to complete it in one day. I would highly recommend and would certainly use again. Thank you!

Tyler and his team are nothing short of amazing! They are professional, kind, honest, and some of the hardest working people I have ever met! I reached out to Tyler for an estimate for a retaining wall and a drainage issue we were having in our backyard. Tyler contacted me and came out the very next day to assess the issue. He got back to us that same day with an estimate that was more than reasonable! Tyler told us exactly what we needed to have done: 1) A new retaining wall (our current one was crumbling because roots from trees we had removed were pushing through it) 2) a catch basin in the middle of our yard that would move through to the front yard through a pipe system 3) stump removal 4) leveling out our backyard to make sure the water would flow towards the newly installed catch Basin 5) grass seed 6) clean up He fit us in his schedule very quickly and work got started. What we thought would take at least 3 weeks took a total of four days! The men on site (Carlos and his guys) were so kind and were all so personable and polite! We were so glad they were working on our project and they answered any questions we had for them. I also thought it was awesome that Tyler was on site every day and spoke to us whenever we wanted to. This is an all around great guy and team! The guys also had their work cut out for them they apparently found huge rocks underground as they were digging and they Popped them out and kept going and then they found roots from who knows where. They worked so **** ** this project! They also cleaned up after themselves and did not leave us with a mess. Tyler even noticed a big tree branch had fallen into our yard after a storm and he and his guys cut it up and took it away without even thinking twice. Tyler’s Office Manager Darcy is the sweetest and she would reach out to us throughout the process to make sure we were okay and to see if we needed anything! This has given my family so much peace if mind knowing our water issues are resolved in our backyard. We also now have a beautiful space to enjoy! Our dog Carson monitored the entire process and he also thoroughly enjoyed watching the team give him the backyard of his dreams! Tyler we can’t wait to work with you again in the future and we have already given your name out to anyone we know looking for any kind of landscape work! Tyler and his team were wonderful. He came out and gave me an estimate, showing up as planned. Then he and his team returned as scheduled. The problem causing my patio to sink turned out to be minor, and Tyler didn't try to game me with a big, unnecessary repair. They fixed the problem, relaid the brick, and now my patio looks beautiful!

Very professional. Came over quickly, within a couple days, to get a quote to me. Scheduled the working within 7-10 days (which isn’t bad in the middle of the season). Were here when promised. Extremely friendly and courteous, and checked in a couple times with questions to make sure it was done right. Used quality plants. Highly recommended!

Fantastic. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. My mower broke and Sears wrote down the wrong service and didn’t show up for repair. I called them Friday night. They showed up Monday night. I texted them again this week (another sears delay) and they are coming today. They asked first of it was ok due to the fact it was a Sunday and I said it’s fine. These two kids are fantastic. Friendly and professional.

It was amazing. They moved me out so quickly before my ex husband came home and saw I was gone. I would totally hire again. I am going to hire them for the work that needs to be done on my new house.
