OLDEN PAINT & FLOORING INC

I was very happy with them. They delivered great product; great service. This is the company that I would use. I'm working on a new side project after I finish up the projects on the outsides. They are a great company to do business with. I'm going to use them in my future to do my stairs and my hallway. I may do the downstairs floor myself, I'm not sure yet, but I will need to get my materials from them.

My wife and I purchased tile for a project in our home. The sales person was very helpful, not pushy at all. They explained the different types of tile (as we have no experience with tile or a project of this nature). We already had a contractor lined up to the do the install, we just needed to pick out a tile and order the specified amount. We received a call to come and pick up the tile. When we arrived a the store, we were told we would have to drive several miles to their warehouse because the tile was there. Once we arrived at the warehouse, no one was there to help us. We had to carry the tile out ourselves. Then we found out that the grout was in yet a different location and had to drive there to retrieve it. Once our project was completed, we had two complete boxes of unused tile. During the purchase process we were told we could return unopened, unused cases of tile. When we returned with the tile, they told us what they would not take it back unless we had 5 cases or more. I explained that we were never told about the 5 cases rule and they responded that there was nothing they would do for us. We spoke to the owner of the company to plead our case. He was rude and dismissive. We feel we were taken advantage of and would never return in the future. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I asked that the family room and kitchen be painted in semi-gloss. I have no complaints for the painter, but about a month later, my dog leaned against the wall and the paint came off when I washed the dirt off. I had a representative come out to look at the paint job. They said I chose the cheapest semi-gloss when I just picked the color. I am dissappointed that they did not stand behind the customer.
