+ -1 moreExcellent service always regular pick ups and friendly employees. Have used them for years and just wanted people to know. I see our neighborhood streets lined with them so more and more of our neighborhood is using them.

+ -1 moreMultiple missed trash pickups! Told we’d be credited next bill and when we weren’t called and was told they don’t do that! Well that’s like stealing my money… I paid for something I didn’t get!

Description of Work: I hired this garbage company after calling several that service my area. Many had online "teaser" rates but added in numerous fees which raised the actual price. This company gave me a straight price, which included everything. They told me I will write a check for $105 every month -- no added fees -- which made me feel that they weren't trying to get over on me.

I had two Monday collections in a raw that the first Monday they didn't pick up the trash and the second Monday they didn't take the recyclables. When I tried to call them to get an explanation, the gal I talked to at the office was very rude. She said she would talk to them and get back to me but she never did.

+ -1 moreWell local isn't always better...Over the course of the six years we've had multiple problems with McCollough's response to special requests such as picking up something other than regular garbage collection. Time after time they would miss the appointment, reschedule and miss again. They do not return calls and the owner is very rude and disrepectful on the phone. We finally had enough and changed our service. If you're looking for a garbage collection company, pass on this one.
Description of Work: We had McCullough as our garbage collection service for six years. We opted to have McCullough as our service provider because we wanted to support a local business.

+ -1 moreVERY RELIABLE TWICE-WEEKLY SERVICE. I LIKE THAT THEY PROVIDE THE GARBAGE CAN (HUGE AND ON WHEELS). PLUS, I HAVE HAD TO CALL WITH SOME SPECIAL REQUESTS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL ON THE PHONE.
