Slow to respond intially due to volume but did a nice job for the price.

It went great. He fixed it. I would trust Chris Natalini for any type of masonry project.

The crew arrived as scheduled and completed all of the work in a professional and workman like manner. They kept us updated as the job progressed and cleaned the job site daily. We were well pleased with the final result and would highly recommend "Masonry Inc."

We lost our $99 but I never complained because I did take up Chris's time with the estimate.

The day after he completed the work i called to to let him know things were not finished, I called him out on it and he got really defensive. We called the township and there are 5 code violations and so far he is still refusing to do the work.

He did an excellent job. He was a nice guy. The service was excellent. He told me the time he was coming and he was here. He finished the job and cleaned up. I was quite satisfied. The price was excellent and the quality was very good. When I called them, they got in touch with me the very next day. They were very professional.

They did the job in quality. They listened and responded. They had a quality work, quality materials and they did it the right way. The price was also just right.

The work was a descent job. The owner, however, left the worker at the site and did not indicate that he was leaving nor did he inquire back as to the level of satisfaction of work. The latter I contribute to his youth for a true professional would have known to do that.

.house was built in 1890...not sure if stone foundation was ever completely re pointed over the yrs, but it had to be done...the guys did a decent job.....i did notice 2 of my shingles that are above the stone, in front of my house, had chipped off pieces.. nobody said anything about it, and we didnt realize it til after the fact.....but overall..the guys were nice and cleaned up everything, and didnt charge us extra to get under the porches in the tight spots...Some other companies that came out were charging extra to do the foundation under those areas.....Chris' price was much lower then anyone elses

The workman was skillful and efficient. He did a good job matching the pointing on the house on a section that had been destroyed by trees and shrubs.

They were excellent.? They were on time and professional.? They did a quality job.? They were very nice and respectful.

I needed my side alleyway cleaned up: removal of disgusting wet brick and debris, pouring of concrete, replacement of wood door. This also involved temporarily removing the AC unit and reseating it. I also wanted the front step of my house resealed with concrete. I was blown away by Chris's kindness and professionalism and, most importantly, his work ethic. Simply put: this guy and his team know what they're doing, do the job correctly, quickly, and for a good price. I had my side alleyway cleaned of all brick and debris and laid with new concrete with a heavy pitch so the water would run into the drain. I had my AC unit removed before they did this and as I type the AC guy is here installing it further back in the alleyway so it is out of my way. Chris and his team were on time both days and were very quick and efficient and 'invisible' mostly. Chris expained that I could get away without replacing the door but it was up to me. He wasn't even charging me labor for installing it. He actually talked me out of spending more money (when was the last time anybody did that?). To go back to this guy in the future is an absolute no-brainer.

I can't say enough about his work ethic, knowledge, and honesty. He is overall a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him without reservation for all of your masonry needs.

Rick was recommended by a chimney expert to apply a coating of chimney saver to our leaking chimney. He did an excellent job and solved our long running water problem. They cleaned up after and they were polite and friendly.

Was performed on schedule. I did not even have to be around. Was a quick and painless experience. Would be happy to hire them again for a larger project.

My house is a 250 year old stone farmhouse that has had various repairs over the years and needed a lot of masonry repair. Chris came over on sunday and had the quote to me that evening, itemized by each area (I was not sure I would do it all at once) by both price and time to complete. I was able to approve the whole set of repairs. He was able to start in a few days and had a small crew of energetic and cheerful guys who started on the basement. The basement walls were cleaned, all the failing wallcoat was taken off and then prepped and new rough coat was applied. It took a couple of days to do this - they had to work around the pipes and electrical wires running across the basement ceiling. They disconnected the washer, dryer and utility sink and later reconnected them after doing the work on the floor. The chimney stacks and part of the fireplace stonework were done on one day and the outside chimney repair and the rest of the fireplace stonework (tuckpointing) was done on the last day. We spoke daily at the beginning and end of the day about the work - what was going to be done, what had been done, next steps for tomorrow, etc. They were easy to talk to and clearly informed on the codes for work and the options for coating, tuckpointing, etc. They kept the workspace clean at the end of each day and wiped down the stairs after they worked on the attic chimney stacks. They are a very 'can do' group - they shoveled the walkway when it was snowing one morning when they got to the house - and helped move furniture and the appliances (washer/dryer). I felt the job was done very well with excellent workmanship and with the crew working steadily each day got a tremendous amount done in just one working week.

Chris's company was doing local work, I asked for a quote on cement work that I needed. He was very prompt getting back to me. The price was reasonable and everything was done on schedule. He was very professional as were the crew with him. Great work and I was very pleased.

We had a good experience: he came out and looked at it, gave an estimate that was extremely reasonable and did not go over his estimate. The work was done while we were at work and he checked in with us afterwrds to see if we had any problems. The work was done well.

It was quite a large job. He did everything that I requested to be done. In the past couple of weeks he was quite precarious being on ladders in the cold and because of the wind. He also had guys out there even on a Sunday working and everybody was pleased. They were even here earlier than I liked. I never had something done like that before, but we went through the numbers and thought we were going to pay a little bit more. It looks great and it's a new house. We plan on using them again for some basement work as soon as we clear it out.

They came promptly. This company could not do the work. I appreciated their honesty. I have nothing against them.

We purchased the Big Deal but the overall quote was much higher than expected so next time we will use a mason we used previously that is more reasonable. The work was done promptly and professionally.

I own a brick townhouse in the Art Museum area of the city and a corner of the brick work in the back was pretty badly deteriorated. I got several estimates but decided to go with Masonry Inc because of Chris' price and professionalism. I felt that he was the only bidder who understood my concerns and designed a bit to address the corner I was concerned with and not to repoint all of the bricks on the house! The work was done very quickly. They rebuilt a portion of the wall and also repointed other spots as needed. As I live out of town, I only had a chance to check out the finished product this weekend and I was very satisfied. Chris' guys got to the job before I expected, finished quickly, and cleaned up the worksite upon completion. Overall, I would recommend Masonry Inc and use them again if I have any other masonry concerns.

Chris came on time and was very professional. We received a quote in a timely manner that was very detailed. In the end we decided to use a company that specialized in Chimney Repairs but would definitely consider Masonry Inc. for our next project.

Company was great to work with - they had to reschedule because of the weather, but they contacted us a day or two in advance based on the forecast. The sealing work was pretty straightforward, but the step they created out of brick was the best part. They matched it to our neighbors, but explained why theirs was crumbling and how he took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. He then also spent some time explaining to me some things that could be improved on the exterior of the home (the threshold gaps, the capping could be adjusted, etc.) and how to fix squeaky hardwoods. He didn't try to upsell me on these additional needs, but I definitely plan to use them in the future for anything that comes up!

The initial contact was professional and courteous. Work was done quickly and on time. The actual job done was the suggestion of the company rep and saved me money and I was extremely grateful. The young man that did the work needs a little more experience. His finish work could be better.
