Chris and his workers are great people. They did a great job. They had to work around all the rain and Nor' Easters but did that with no problems for us and did the job as soon as they could. Chris provided and explained various options for the back yard patio deck and back step and we went with all his recommendations and are happy we did. We wanted to seed the old patio area to grass so he did that as well by bringing in a truckload of soil and seeded it as well. This really made our lives easier as we didn't have to find and hire someone to do that part of the project for us. We can't say enough good things about Masonry Inc. Not that many companies will go the extra mile and do the little extras--like they do. Chris took down our permanent basketball hoop, (even though it wasn't on the concrete pad they were ripping up) and that wasn't part of the quoted price. The sidewalk ended up not being quite level with the asphalt driveway so a number of days later after they finished their work, Chris dropped by and filled in the space with new asphalt. How many people would do that? When he came and gave us an estimate, my hubby was away and I was putting on windshield wipers on my car. As he was leaving, he stopped and said "here, these can be tricky" and put them on for me. Who helps people out like that these days? Also, Chris came in under his original quote--definitely a plus in our books. We would hire Masonry Inc again in a heart beat as we are very pleased with their work and the outcome of the projects. We have had lots of work done through Angie's List but this is the first review I have written--they are that good.

Called a few businesses for quote on a rear stamped concrete patio. Masonry Inc. (Chris) responded immediately to set-up an appointment to look over the work needed. Came out to house when he said he would and we discussed the job. After measuring, he explained in language anyone could understand how he would dig the foundation, lay gravel base and to what depth, install wire, pour concrete, stamp and color, and approximately how long job would take. Received a written quote from Chris the next day and after comparing to another quote decided to work with Masonry Inc. Chris sent pictures of some of his recent stamped concrete jobs and dropped off color chart so we could see what it would look like. We established a start date and Chris and his crew showed up exactly when he said he would. Before starting, he explained what they would accomplish that day, how long the entire job would take and started work. By the time the concrete was poured, colored, stamped, washed and sealed, the patio kept looking better and better. Always nice to find a business that tells you what they will do, they do what they said they would, on time and the finished product looks great. Would not hesitate recommending Masonry Inc. or hiring them for any concrete project.

The work crew came on time, worked without requiring attention from me, did an outstanding job and left the job site pristine. The owner was on top of the job and very communicative with progress and decision making. The level of professionalism of the owner and the crew was outstanding.

Great. Only holdup was weather which couldn't be controlled.

The steps were done very well. A finishing touch of plates under support posts took a while to get done.

His pride in the workmanship. Wanted to make sure everything looked really nice. He made sure it didn't distract from the rest of the property. He had trouble getting back to me. He had family troubles, but he did get back to me.

The quote seemed really high for the amount of area I asked to be done. The price seemed to be for a bigger area that I thought. The owner does a lot of the work himself, and he seemed to take a lot of pride into what he did.

I could not be happier with the service that Chris and his team provided. I had front steps that settled away from the house and were starting to pull siding from the house. I also had a small first step that was put in when the house was built that I wanted removed. Chris explained to me that the steps were fully settled and that his team could simply pour over the existing steps, which saved me a good bit of money. The job was done in a day and a half and it looks great. I highly recommend Chris and his team.

Masonry Ins actually dug out 1 inch of cement going one stone at a time and then reapplied the cement. The final result is a very professional clean look. I am extremely pleased. My walkway is brick with cement steps which was in very poor condition. Masonry Inc also fixed the walkway. I am extremely please with the work and the pricing .I highly recommend this company.

Top notch job. Beautiful work. Reasonable rate. Have had several neighbors comment how much better our whole property looks because of the stone wall. Also, owner Chris Natalini was a pleasure to do business with.

The weather was not friendly, but Masonry Inc never rushed my project. They communicated well to keep me in the loop with their progress and plans. I have received many compliments on the job they did, everyone likes the way it looks. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking for concrete patio work.

Basement floor looks great.

Chris and his crew are true professionals. On time and kept me updated with the progress. Best thing was my wife is very happy now that my masonry wall is finally fixed.

The entire project went flawlessly from start to finish, lasting three days total. Chris and his crew showed the utmost of professionalism and respect at all times. The price of the work was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with their work, and would recommend them to anyone interested.

Very professional. Project started and completed on time. It was very cold outside and the concrete had to be placed in wheelbarrows in order to pour it in our backyard. Lots of hard work but you would have never guessed anyone was at the house. Everything was cleaned up and our patio looks great. Can't wait for Spring!

Overall we are very happy that we chose Masonry Inc for our project. We saw Chris and Ryan working in the neighborhood doing a similar job to what we needed done. Chris came by that day to take a look at the job and gave us a quote. Due it being so late in the season we agreed to have the job done in the spring. Because of the warm winter we're having and an opening in the schedule, Chris called and asked if we'd like to have the job done sooner. This was great news for us. Ryan came by and performed all of the grinding and pointing. The job took a little longer than expected due to rainy weather but this was no fault of Masonry Inc. Ryan did a fantastic job and Chris was very attentive and responsive. The job went so well we plan on having them come back for a Chimney project this spring.

Slow. Incomplete. Substandard winishing of concrete work. Poor color matching.

I called for an estimate, and Chris came out a week later, as scheduled. The estimate came shortly after with a potential schedule of when the work would be done. I had a few questions which were promptly answered. There was a schedule delay of a day because of some bad weather, but I was notified about a week in advance. They showed up a day early and started with the sidewalk, and worked on the facade the next day. The work was finished in two days, looks great, and left the area neat and tidy. Overall, it was a straightforward project which went well.

They say they service Montgomery and Buck County. I love in Lansdale less than 1 mile from the Wegmans in Montgomeryville close to the Buck/Mont line and they say I am out of the service area. They should update their service area and remove Montgomery and Bucks county.

The owner Chris Natalini takes pride in his work and it shows: he and his coworker did an excellent job repointing our chimney, caulking its flashing, and reconstructing its crown. There are no more leaks around the flashing even during the hardest rains, and the chimney looks great.
