+ -1 moreMr. Lock came out April 24th to review the site so he could provide the estimate we requested. He told me he would have the estimate to me in a few days. Once a week went by, I sent a follow-up email (5/1) asking when I could expect the estimate. I received a response the next day, saying he hadn't gotten to it yet, but was hoping to get it out over the weekend (5/5,5/6). It is now May 9th and I still have not received the estimate or any communication regarding the delay. It is unacceptable that I couldn't get an estimate in 2 weeks time. If it takes this long for the estimate, I have no confidence he could get the work done in a timely manner. The lack of communication regarding the delay in the estimate is very unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this landscaper as he clearly is not interested in new business.

+ -1 moreCalled for an estimate and Mr. Lock agreed to come out. On the day of the appointment, he never showed up and did not call either. I tried to call him but it went to voicemail and after I left a message he never returned my call. I guess this is how he likes to run his business. Don't waste your time.

Description of Work: Lock Landscaping does my yard work. They mowed my lawn. They did spring clean-up several weeks before that.
