Level Best Construction

Was first job after Covid shutdown at the time seemed okay. Bathroom shower used shower system he had. Within 6months thermostat blew & there was crack down corner in shower. He came out & fixed corner crack but it didn't last, said he had to get part ordered for shower & it would be a 3 hour job. Never heard about it, & never returned calls. Giving him all the time even telling him the leak was now coming down into my ceiling, I still received no return call it's been over a year.

The Lousy rating doesn't really apply in the Overall category. There should be a N/A option since I don't know what kind of work he does. The reason is I was referred to Level Best and was told he does good work. I like dealing with local contractors and he is local. He reviewed our jobsite and said we would have an estimate the following week. He never got back to us and was never heard from again.

Level Best just completed a total kitchen renovation and laundry room addition for us and we could not be happier! Chris and his crew are transparent about job costs and plans, courteous, hard workers, and were a pleasure to have in our home. They do beautiful work and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are completely satisfied. Without hesitation, I would recommend Level Best Construction for anyone looking for reliable contractors that genuinely want the job done right just as much as you do.

On a scale from 1 to 10 I would give Level Best Construction a 12. They were very respectful of my home and property and exceeded my expectations on the finished work. Chris and his team made every effort to minimize dust and dirt and were highly efficient with removal of all debris. They were very effective in minimizing disruption in my home during the work. They are my contractor of choice for all future work.

It all went according to schedule, any problems that were discovered were discussed with us and if necessary estimate was adjusted to reflect additional costs. Each time several alternatives were discussed in order to figure out best and most cost effective method of repair. The men cleaned up at the end of each day, and the work looks beautiful. They listened to our concerns and adjusted when necessary. The spackling and sanding and painting was done neatly with our comfort in mind. They showed up when they said they would, communicated when the weather looked bad, and worked from start to finish on each segment of the project.
