We walked through the house and told them where we wanted the shelves to go. they came over and put the shelves in the wrong rooms. They came back and still put the shelves in the wrong rooms. Then we had to basically watch over them and make sure they were putting them in the correct rooms. Finally the job was done but it took them 3 times to get it right.

Needed a new shower door for shower stall in MBdrm bathroom. Became very frustrated after contact with Wilmington DE, local, vendors. Poor response, not useful on recommendations. Trying to sell what they have. Referred to Land R from a website. Instant response. Heard from David Resnick within short time of inquiry. Very professional and helpful. Arranged for home visit. He went over best options available and recommended a specific door. Followup to order was also great. Within about a week door arrived and arrangements were made for installation. Installer arrived on time scheduled day and did a professional installation and removal of prior door. Company is a pleasure to work with. Would definitely use again and would recommend without hesitation
