+ -1 moreThey completed the work, but they completed it messily. They chipped a guard around the chimney. They used the wrong adhesive on the animal guards to the brick. They were messy and left concrete powder on the driveway that I had to call them back to clean up from the driveway. The price was reasonable, but it was due to a lack of ability to do the job correctly.
Description of Work: They were supposed to clean my chimney flues and put copper guards on the top of the chimney to keep animals out.

+ -1 moreVery RUDE, abrupt and UNPROFESSIONAL. They were originally scheduled for a Monday between 11a-12p. They called me at 10:15 am and left a message that they were at my house and I would have to RESCHEDULE since I was not home. I did explain to the scheduler that I would not be home until 11am. The appointment was rescheduled for Thursday. The cleaner began to argue with me when I asked him to clean the basement fireplace and told me he did not want to do it. I asked him his name and his boss' name and he told me he was the owner. I later spoke with the owner who came over to finish the job.
Description of Work: Cleaned the living room fireplace. Originally asked for fireplace in basement to be cleaned also. Cleaner packed up after only one fireplace and had a very bad attitude when asked about the additional fireplace. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

+ -1 moreTHEY MANAGED TO CLEAN IT OUT WITHOUT MAKING A MESS IN MY FAMILY ROOM. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG EITHER.
Description of Work: WE STARTED SMELLING A BURNT SMELL COMING FROM THE FIREPLACE AND HAD NEVER HAD IT CLEANED SINCE LIVING HERE. I WALKED THROUGH THE YELLOW PAGES AND FOUND THIS COMPANY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
