"We regret that you feel this way. We take great issue with the statement you have made. As discussed on the phone with you and during our initial presentation we clearly go over the limitations of the pool warranty the manufacture offers. Full disclosure with every prospect customer during our initial presentation has been our policy since the beginning of our business over 20 years ago, And we spend great deal of time educating all of our customers of the features and benefits. As well as the positive and negatives of the material the pool manufacture chooses to build their products. Your swimming pool has a steel wall, it is common knowledge that steel corrosion process is called rust. For steel to rust it requires moisture in oxygen, since the product is outdoors we obviously have this. This is exactly why steel is painted to provide somewhat a protective barrier. The use of chlorine just sanitize the water is highly corrosive. So referring to your situation, as well as referring to the pictures you have sent me, the rust was caused by Liki liners leaking corrosive water up against the inside of your pool wall. The leak and loss of water was either ignored or undetected for two seasons that you had your swimming pool. Again referring to the pictures you sent me I’m baffled by the fact that the rust was clearly above grade and would’ve been noticeable for sometime. The manufacturer who issues the warranty has the exclusion regarding corrosion for which they have no control of. That being said, we still contacted the pool manufacture on your behalf to see if they were willing to come to some assistance. We are sorry and regret that you did not except or find it satisfactory the concessions of leniency regarding the warranty from the manufacture."
