JRC Installers exceeded my expectations - Jim and his team were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They came out to assess our indoor gas fireplace that has not been working consistently, and were able to diagnose and address the issue quickly, and at 30% of the cost of a competitor. We will be working with them annually for our fireplace cleaning and have recommended them to our neighbors. I would honestly recommend not wasting time reading about any other companies - just reach out to Jim and work with his team.

Communication was excellent throughout the project. They showed up as scheduled, and repaired the stove. All the guys were very knowledgeable and thorough. They left the jobsite cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend these guys. We'll have them out for a yearly service going forward.
