For the scope of the work they were very efficient and the price was great!

John met me at the job site to discuss what I wanted done, we agreed upon a price and he was at the job site promptly Monday morning to do the work. He did a great job and I would use him again.

I contacted John a couple of weeks ago and we came out the next day to give us a quote which after reviewing the quotes we had received was the most competitive. We were able to easily schedule the work for a time that was convenient for us and worked within our schedule for other work we had to do on our yard. John and his team arrived promptly on time to begin the work and finished up in the timeline that he had estimated. Both rows of hedges were removed and all of the roots were removed as requested to clear out the perimeter of our property. For the two large trees that were removed one was growing right up against a wood fence. The team took down the fence before cutting down the tree and grinding out the stump and then put it back up when they were completed to avoid damaging it. Following the work the yard was thoroughly cleaned up to remove all debris. Overall we were highly satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend John's Tree Service to anyone looking to have tree work done.

John Pond came out to see the tree an hour or two after I first called him and returned with his crew about 8 or 9 days later and removed the dead portions. The base of the principal part of the tree he removed measured 18 inches across. At my request John cut the large branches into reasonable lengths and piled them up for my neighbor who is planning to further split them for use in his fireplace next winter. Two days after John's work, the tree itself celebrated by bursting into a mass of magnificent flowers. John advertises his company as having the "Cheapest Prices in Bucks". I have had tree work done in the past and believe the price of $400 was a good one and his boast is an honest one.

I had a very large maple tree in my back yard that needed to be removed so I called a few of the tree service companies in Buck County for quotes. One of my calls was to John (of John's Tree Service in Levittown) on a Friday afternoon and the following day he was at my house to give me a quote. John's price to take the tree down, remove all of the wood, and grind the stump came in well below the competition. As his ad states he really does have the "Cheapest Prices in Bucks." Due to the location of the tree a crane could not be used to assist in the removal so instead John and his crew used a system of ropes and pulleys to lower the wood to the ground after it was cut. The tree stood at least two or maybe even three times the height of my two story house and was located in very close proximity to it. At least a third of it hung over the roof so one of my concerns was potential damage to the structure as the work was taking place but when all was said and done the tree was down, the wood was gone, the stump had been grinded, the yard (mine and my neighbor?s) was cleaned up and the house was untouched! John was also careful about scheduling the work around the weather in the days leading up to the maintenance. He made sure that the ground had enough time to dry out from any rain (I had this work done in April) we had in prior days so that there would be as little wear to the lawn as possible. I had a very pleasant experience with John Pond and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We had a handful of quotes to have our maple trees trimmed back in our front yard. John came out in a timely manner to provide our quote and just as he advertises, he was the "cheapest in Bucks". Some of the quotes we received were shockingly high and frankly, just not what we were willing to pay. John told us what a job like this would normally cost and took about $200 off of that fee. John was a pleasure to deal with. Our trees look great, they worked quickly and they left our properly clean and the money we saved can now go towards our next home project. We are very happy and we would highly recommend John to anyone that needs tree work!

John came out right away and gave us a great quote to cut down a tree that was close to wires and nestled near a fence. We needed to remove the tree because of an easement inspection report we received when selling our home. He was able to complete the work the next day and was very professional throughout the process. Everything went very smooth and as planned. I'd definitely recommend him in the future!

The two trees were cut down as planned and the limbs on the other tree trimmed. When he returned on 9/1/13 to collect payment he stated that he would be back to grind the stump at a later time when he would be doing additional work in the area. We have not seen or heard from him since.
