I am reposting this review after it came to my attention that Milt has changed his company name and listed it two different ways on Angies List. Perhaps he is trying to keep other Angie's List subscribers from reading my review..... Milt began our job in approximately Mid-May 2011. To date he has yet to complete the job. Despite many phone calls, emails, and phone conversations with Milt, each time re-assuring us that he is coming back to finish the job, we are STILL waiting. The kitchen was supposed to be finished in July of 2011. It is now 8 MONTHS LATER and the kitchen is still unfinished and Milt has yet to appear or set a date to complete our job. Even if he had the courtesy to say, "You know what guys, I'm just to busy to come back and finish your job" that would have at least allowed us to move on instead of calling, emailling, and waiting for EIGHT MONTHS. At this point we have begun working with a new contractor to finish the job. The most embarrassing part of all of this is that I fell for Milt's charm and recommended Milt to my family members who also used him for their kitchen. After many problems and delays, the job was completed. THEN Milt tried to charge them more money for the job and long story short, Milt sued them and guess what? HE LOST in court. None of this explains any of the following:MIlt is always late, often HOURS late to scheduled work days at our house. Milt often DID NOT SHOW UP on days when he was scheduled to work on our kitchen, and never called to explain why he wasn't there, or when he was actually coming.Milt did not return phone calls or emails often for four to five days at a time. When trying to win your business, Milt is very professional, courteous, and prompt. He is also a police officer so he comes off as very trust worthy. Perhaps working as both a contractor and police officer is what causes his many delays? Is Milt a nice guy? YES. Is Milt a reliable contractor? NO. At this point I wouldn't even consider having Milt come back to complete this job. This report also doesn't list the many things that needed to be corrected from Milt's work. Milt is a nice guy but not a good listener and made many mistakes. Then to get him to correct the mistakes, once he finally ANSWERS your phone calls, you need to spend a half hour coaxing him and cajoling him to correct the problems. In Milt's mind, it was never his fault. Someone else measured wrong or didn't do their job correctly. I waited a long time to write this review in order to give Milt the benefit of the doubt AND the opportunity to do the right thing. I never want to be the person who would hurt someone's business, but in this case, BUYER BEWARE.

It was okay. I like the guy that did my plumbing. Some things I was not pleased with, but the work was okay.
