+ -1 morePlease see above statement. It didn't go at all because Mr. Coia never returned my phone calls to begin the job.
Description of Work: I spoke with Mike Coia before Hurrican Sandy in October 2012 with the issue of a leaking roof. He was very responsive,calling back within 2 days and stopping in for an estimate within 3 days of the call. Mr. Coia gave me a quote for the entire roof and then gave me a separate and reasonable quote to fix the leak. After I decided to fix only the leaking portion Mr. Coia seemed to lose interest in the job. I chalked it up to the Hurricane and him having larger jobs for a few weeks but when I tried to contact Mr. Coia again in December I called twice, left 2 messages and my calls were never returned. I realize its a small project to fix my leak and not big money, but I still have a leak in my roof 2 months later and I will NOT be recommending this company.

+ -1 moreHe gave us a bid a year earlier than when he put the roof on and he still honored the original price he quoted us. He was on time, very polite, very professional, and did a wonderful job! All of th workers were also very polite! (Price reflects materials and labor.)
Description of Work: They took off the old shingles, installed new 30 yr dimensional shingles, applied 30# felt paper, replaced flashing, and took the trash to the landfill.
