Description of Work: Installed ceiling fans in 4 rooms and 2 attic fans.

Description of Work: Erik is a true professional. Beyond being just an all around nice guy, he is very professional and easy to work with, and if you work with a lot of contractors, you know this is not the norm. From the start when he gave us an estimate I felt very comfortable talking to him and his price was better than (yet still in a correct range, not low ball) all of the other quotes I received. As a woman, he never talked down to me and he fully explained what he was doing and why. Erik has now done two jobs for me. One very small for my dad (installed ceiling fans in two rooms, removed track lighting, and installed overhead lighting) and one very large job for me. The large job he did covered the following when we purchased an older home: updated outdoor lighting to code, installed a dryer outlet in the laundry room, installed recessed lighting in the living room and kitchen, re-wired our entire kitchen for renovation, and replaced all the outlets in my home, converting them from two prong to three prong outlets. He even was so thoughtful as to choose child safety outlets since we have a new baby. This was something as new parents we did not even think about. Our local municipal code inspector even commented that the work Erik did was extremely well done. Erik always returns phone calls, he always shows up on time, he is considerate to clean up after his work, and he does a great job. As a woman, I was also completely comfortable being alone in the house with him. My husband, my dad, and I all agree, Erik is a great guy and a great electrician. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
