After the job was finished, I was unhappy about the "cigarette smell" that remained. The owner came back to re-clean the entire house with a crew! I was so happy. Such a class act! He explained to me that those "odors" can only be totally removed with a speciall type of paint used with "burned buildings". So Professiol! So informative and trustworthy!

DB cleaning team of 6 people showed up as scheduled and completed a deep clean of a rental property within a couple of hours. Pricier than some other companies but did a very goo thorough job. Would hire again.

Douglas was very helpful and responsive from the beginning; this is the reason I chose him over another company. He was very easy to work with. My tenant moved out in June, leaving a LOT of trash and years of caked on dirt behind. It took me months to get rid of all the trash and left behind furniture so I just didn't have the time or energy to tackle the kitchen. DB did a great job with the rental kitchen and mine. There was no refrigerator to clean, but the walls and floors, even window sills, are spotless and they really did a good job with the stove. I would definitely hire them again.

This is the first time I have used a cleaning service. Douglas was great with responding to my questions and managing to provide services within my tight time frame. The team of 5 showed up on time and the lead, Joe, listened to exactly what I wanted done and then got everyone busy on different areas. The job was completed in less than a hour by the team and the work was well done. I'll defiantly use this service again!

2 staff members arrived on time, in uniform, with equipment and cleaned my house from top to bottom in 2 hours. They did a perfect job. Highly recommended.

They were on time, professional, and friendly. They did windows, baseboards, bathrooms - really just everything. My house never looked this good! It is not inexpensive, but I do think you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend them!

The first session was completed by a team of 5 cleaners for a deep cleaning. My biweekly sessions are done by a team of 2 in a 2 hour time period for my 4 bedroom house. If you have specific requests, the team will try to accommodate (my 1 bedroom is used as a sewing room and do I ask for vacuuming only in that room). I have the same team of cleaners each time and so they know my house. They even do a good job of cleaning in my young daughter's room which says a lot as her room is always a mess! Douglas is the owner and came out for the first session and is always available should I need to contact him for anything. And they wear booties over their shoes while they are inside.

From our initial phone call to completing the job, the owner and his staff were absolutely outstanding, entirely trustworthy and worked tirelessly. My house sparkles like never before. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Douglas was professional and prompt in answering my questions. A six person crew was sent to the house. They were courteous and asked questions as to what I wanted done in walking through the house. This house was in very poor condition. It had sat empty for 2 years prior to my son buying it and clearly had not been cleaned for many years before that. When they finished, the transformation was amazing. The house no longer smelled bad and everything practically sparkled. The appliances were all cleaned inside and out. We will definitely be using DB cleaning again and will recommend them to all of our friends.

Douglas was very responsive and courteous throughout the process. He responded to emails, phone calls and texts, and even rearranged his schedule so that he could finish within our tight window of time between old tenants moving out and new tenants moving in. There were about 5 women who cleaned the house from top to bottom, including details like dusting all light fixtures and scrubbing with a toothbrush along the power switches. They did a great job and were done in about 3 hours. We plan to use them again.

I have used DB Cleaning Services for several years now. I rarely will review a service provider online unless I think their service is extremely bad or extremely good. In the case of DB I can say that their work is extremely good. Douglas (the owner) is one of the most professional business owners I have encountered in years. He is polite, courteous and very attentive to his customers' needs. When I first hired DB, Douglas came to my home to view my property and consult on what my cleaning needs were. They did an initial thorough cleaning of the house, which was like having a car detailed. The house was spotless. Since then, I have used DB weekly (for over 3 years) for regular cleaning. DB uses a team approach, so depending on schedule you do not always have the same cleaners in your home, however all of the cleaners are trained to use the same quality of care and cleaning technique so the differences from week to week are not usually significant. For people having cleaning less frequently (i.e. bi-weekly or monthly) this may not be an issue. On the rare occasions that I have found a problem with the cleaning, Douglas has been very quick to respond and make sure the issue was addressed either immediately or in the following cleaning (depending on the nature of the problem). I cannot emphasize enough how attentive, professional and courteous Douglas is. It is clear that he truly cares about his customers and wants to ensure they are 100% satisfied with their cleaning. I would say that DB's pricing is very fair for the amount of work and level of service they provide for my home. Prior to hiring them, I paid as much (if not more) for weekly cleaning service with far inferior quality to the work DB does. As I said, I do not often write reviews, but when I find a company that does high quality work and strives to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied I feel its necessary to recognize them. I would highly recommend DB Cleaning Services to anyone looking for a single cleaning project as well as long-term routine cleaning.

The last step in preparing my in-laws' house for sale was to have the kitchen and 2 bathrooms cleaned. Douglas, owner of DB Cleaning Services, contacted me right away after I sent an inquiry through Angie's List. I don't live in the geo area but we were able to go through expectations, cost, and scheduling by emails. My brother-in-law met the crew of two when they arrived (on time) at the house. He said they were pleasant, worked very hard, and did a great job. My in-laws -- in their mid-80s -- hadn't been able to take care of the house as well as in the past, and those three rooms needed deep cleaning. They absolutely sparkle now. Would recommend DB Cleaning to everyone.

These ladies were wonderful. We confirmed all the details via text messages. They sent pictures of the cleaning supplies to have on hand. I accidentally neglected to give them correct address and instead of canceling the appointment, they went to the right address and performed the cleaning services. The initial contact was within 2 days, exactly what was put forth in the ad. I was very happy with the service and would use them again and recommend them.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Douglas and his staff. They did a fantastic job cleaning. I was able to just move right in and not have to worry about anything.

Douglas went well above and beyond what I expected for a move-out cleaning. He and his crew were extremely thorough and took the time to clean parts of the apartment I didn't even know you could get to. Furthermore he was very flexible with timing and kept me up to date on the progress of the job, as I had to leave prior to it being completed. He was quick about returning phone calls and texts and very courteous the whole time. If I were staying in Philadelphia I would continue to use his services without hesitation.

Fantastic service and experience from day one! Douglas was professional and knowledgeable, and helped me feel comfortable with what felt like a huge undertaking. Before the cleaning I didn't venture into our basement except to do laundry due to the dust and dirt of time. I now sit on the couch we put in a newly created living space and enjoy a glass of wine while breathing fresh, clean air! I will be using DB Cleaning for our monthly home cleaning now as well.

They showed up on time and did a good job cleaning my whole house. They were friendly and I am happy with their service. They always ask me if there was anything that I want focused on and to let them know if they miss anything. I have them scheduled for bi-weekly cleanings and have been happy.

They did not show up and did not contact me via phone or email. The first time I used this provider there were two girls and two guys, the two girls were very terrific but the two boys working were very rambunctious and did minor damages to my house.

They are consistent and thorough. They are efficient and get the work done perfectly and they are trustworthy. I have used them before and I would use them in the future.

Extremely well. The cleaner spent almost 2 hours and worked vigorously on all the rugs. With the porch carpet he was able to reach spots that my vacuum cleaner never has and he was able to restore its color. I was pleased that the detergent was not strong smelling. The rugs were dry by the next morning and there was no lingering detergent odor. For the time he spent and the quality of the workmanship, I think the price was a real bargain.

I would highly recommend DB Cleaning. The owner makes sure that the work is going well, that we're happy with the service, and notifies us of any changes in advance. They were flexible to move my service so that the house was cleaned before our Christmas dinner, which was fantastic (I did ask way in advance, but still, they were able to accommodate). DB is very thorough. The house definitely looks clean when they are done. There is no slapdash quick cleaning to rush to another house. They take the time necessary to clean the house properly. The people on the team are all friendly and kind. We haven't suffered a decline in their service since we've started using them in November, which has happened with other services in the past. I am hopeful that the great work will continue.
