The delivery men showed up at the early end of the time window I was given. They both introduced themselves and shook my hand. They installed the dryer after removing my old one. They switched the cord from one to the other and changed the "Y" tubing from my water line to a regular line just on the washing machine. (Our old dryer had a steam option). The previous installers had made a ridiculously long and twisted dryer vent which was a hazard. These installers asked if I would like that replaced with a short direct one and I said, "Yes". They also asked about the placement of the dryer and the direction that the dryer door swung open. They switched the door to the other side. They were very efficient, courteous and quick. I would definitely recommend this company and I will buy from them again. I did not rate the cost of the machine because I bought a Speed Queen which is not available at other nearby stores so I don't know how the price compares but it was comparable to other high end dryers and will hopefully last much longer than my former dryer that was purchased 4 years ago and hasn't worked properly for a long time.

Upon arrival we were met by Mark Blonder, we explained that our refrig/freezer had just been repaired and that we were looking to replace it with a similar appliance. Mark proceeded to show us pieces in the same brand as our current equipment and also equivalent items in other brands, explaining the pro's and con's of each. When we made our choice Mark ensured we were satisfied with final price and then made sure we were aware of a manufactures rebate. He even offered to exchange water filters I had purchased but not yet used for the old refrig/freezer for ones that could be used on the new one, saveing us money. He made arrangements for the delivery and installation at our convience, which was accomplished by two very efficient and knowledgeable service men on schedule. The service men removed and disposed of the old equipment and installed the new refrig/freezer, making the necessary water and electric hook ups. They were very careful and neat.

It was a very good experience. My daughter went on the internet and consumer reports to find the best buys for me. I wanted the French Door one and came up with 2 different refrigerators. I told him the prices that I saw online, and he came within $15 of the price. I went to the store and they only had it in white, so they had to order a stainless steel one for me. Since it would take a week to come out, they gave me a brand new refrigerator to use until mine came. They provided free delivery and I was very, very pleased with them. I would go back in the future.
