+ -1 moreChris our technician arrived as scheduled, explained everything in detail also offered some helpful advise. But more importantly found the problem and got the heat back on in our house. You couldn't ask for any better service or people to deal with. Felt sorry for Chris, apparently has allergies to dog hair, we have three Labs. He may have sneezed more towards the end, but he fixed the problem in a very professional manner. You just feel when your dealing B&B very comfortable, from that initial phone call thru to the end result.
Description of Work: Oil burner kept tripping reset switch, wouldn't stay on to heat the house.

+ -1 moreOverall, we were very satisfied with the quality of the work, the knowledge of the technicians, and the responsiveness of the company. They always answered the phone and worked long hours until the job was done. Also, they followed up immediately on any questions I had afterwards and to come back and make any adjustments. Take some time to ensure that you are knowledgeable about your heating needs and do some research on equipment.
Description of Work: Replaced old oil burner/ boiler with a high efficiency gas boiler. Used a Lochinvar boiler with all stainless steel heat exchanger at the recommendation of various research websites and confirmed by the B&B tech. These had less maintenance issues over time compared with cast aluminum heat exchangers. B&B also removed my interior 275 gallon oil tank and added a separate radiator zone.
