Bryan was on time, very friendly and the job was done quickly and correctly. No conplaints!

Called B and M and received a call back within 1-2 minutes. Brian happened to be in our area on another call (from Angie's list) and said he would be here soon. He arrived at our home about 10 minutes later. After checking the lock and looking over the front door, he said that putting a new lock on our old door would be like throwing good money to bad. Our door was out of whack and if he replaced the lock, the same problem with the tumbler would continue. He said the could put the lock on but the decision was ours, however, he would suggest the new door. Talk about a truly honest and ethical man. Would definitely call this company again if needed.

Bryan was excellent. He came out within an hour of my call, evaluated the situation, then returned within another hour with the replacement parts, charging for only one service call. He was friendly fast and efficient. I highly recommend his services.

Bryan (Band M Lockout Service) responded immediately to my telephone call, scheduled my appointment for the next day (at my convenience) . He arrived when he said he would. He was personable and professional. He explained what he was going to do and gave me alternatives to chose from. He did a great job and he cleaned up when he was finished. I found his fees to be very reasonable. I would definitely use his service again and I would not hesitate to recommend him so family and friends.

I locked my keys in the car. I called Brian after the first locksmith I called refused to do a car lock within the city limit of Philadelphia. Although Brian is not the cheapest locksmith in the area, his attention to detail is fantastic. I locked myself out of my car, and he responded promptly. Best of all, he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was a really nice guy, too! I like that he owns his own shop and does not contract with a national referral service. Will definitely be using him again.

Bryan was very personable and extremely helpful and considerate. He did an execellent job and I would him again in a heart beat. By the way he is just a all aorund very nice person. My cat loved him and my cat likes no one. Thank you Bryan for not only making me safe in my home but giving me a lot of tips that were very helpful as well.

Had Band M come out twice on 2 weekend nights when my dayghter's key became stuck in our door lock. He came out promptly and the second time actually had to change the entire lock for us. He was friendly and polite, and prices were very reasonable.

It went extremely well he did a very good job. He was delight to have complete the work. I would use him in the future if necessary and recommend him to anyone.

I called Bryan at 7:00 pm on a Saturday night in a panic. I couldn't find my keys and feared the worst: I'd left them in the front door lock and they had been taken. (I've done this a few times in the past but someone had always knocked to let me know the keys were in the lock or they tossed the keys through the mail slot.) Bryan agreed to come out and in less than an hour he showed up and installed a new lock. Given the emergency nature of the call I think the price was reasonable. I definitely would use him again and will recommend him to friends.

Brian came out immediately (late in the evening) when my elderly neighbor locked herself out of her home. Since the lock could not be picked he pop it out. She was now home and safe. He came out the next morning just as said and replace the lock with a new one. He also helped another disabled neighbor secure her lock which wasn't installed correctly. The price was more then adequate. I highly recommend Brian for all your lock needs.

Brian had done some work for us a few years back. A friend of ours had purchased a home and asked if we knew a good locksmith. Of course, B and M came to mind. I called Brian and he agreed to come out on the day that we needed him. He would have arrived ahead of schedule but I gave him the wrong address. As it was, he was not bothered by my mistake and made his way over to the house. We told him what was needed and he went to work. Cylinders were replaced in 3 locks, including a deadbolt, and all were rekeyed. Brian pointed that the front door was aged and appeared to had been damaged at some point. He made some minor repairs and recommended that the door be replaced. This was something that our friend would have never noticed had Brian not brought it to her attention. Overall, she was quite pleased with the service and the price. I would highly recommend this company for locksmith services.

Bryan was great! I originally called him about 2 months ago to get pricing. He was very nice over the phone and after getting a few quotes, I decided I wanted to work with him. I called him back a few weeks later to schedule an appointment. He happened to be on vacation when I was making settlement but he had such a great personality that I decided to wait until he got back. He was quick and friendly and even fixed the dead bolt so it would be more secure. I would definitely recommend B and M Lockout Service!

I was very pleased with the whole experience. I selected Band M Lockout Service based on the number of favorable reviews the business had on Angie's List. When I called Band M I spoke with Bryan, the owner and gave him a brief description of what needed to be done. He asked a few specific questions and gave me a price quote over the phone. He came to my home the following morning. Bryan was personable and did a fine job. He gave me some general advice on door locks. Also, he discovered that at the time of the home's construction the opening in the door frame where the lock bolt seats when locking the door was not deep enough. He fixed this. Bryan was very efficient and completed the work in less than an hour. The price quoted over the phone included $60.00 for coming out to see the problem plus his estimate of the cost of Labor.

I am an investor with many tenant occupied properties in the Philadelphia area. My tenants got locked out of their house and so I contacted Bryan Rachlin. He was extremely responsive, his rates are very reasonable, and he was willing to work with me with regard to payment since my tenants didn't have the cash to pay him. When we came home one night and couldn't get our keys to open our front door, we called Band M Lockout and got an immediate response. We had managed to get in through our back door but needed the lock repaired in order to be able to leave for work the next day and lock the door. Bryan worked with our schedule and got the job done in the specified time frame the next morning. Then we arranged for him to return so we could replace the lock outright (something we hadn't done since moving in) and rekey our back door lock to match. He was able to squeeze that work in on a weekend. All in all he really worked with us in terms of scheduling, he helped us figure out ways to save money but without cutting any corners in terms of safety/work quality, and he was very personable. He is trustworthy, reliable, professional, courteous ... what more could you want? Will definitely call him again next time we're in need of a locksmith and we'll refer friends to him.

I explained to Brian over the phone that he would have to drill my steel door to install a deadbolt and complete lockset that I had purchased. He gave me a price over the phone and he was right in the ballpark. I had two other bids and all bids were seperated by a few dollars. I set up a date with Brian and he was right on time. Brian was very personable and did a great job. He even made me up four extra keys and my front door was keyed to match my garage door at no extra charge. Brian is my locksmith.

We were at settlement on our new home and were told to change the locks as soon as we could. We came home and called B and M Lockout Service and spoke to Brian and he gave us an estimate over the phone and made an appoitment with us for within two hours. Brian called us when he was on his way and even waited for us to meet him at the new house. He was very professional and got to work right away on our four doors changing the locks and making one master key to operate all doors. He gave us plenty of keys so that we had plenty of extra keys to give to each member of the family. All was done within two hours. Brian explained everything that he was doing and even found a few ways he could save us a couple dollars. With being new homeowners we really appreciated that. Brian was very nice and we would definitely use him again.

They responded very quickly and took care of the problem. The service was professional and very friendly. The door to our business was tampered with over the week-end so we needed it to be fixed by the end of the work day. He replaced the lock and everything worked fine by the end of the day. I would use this company again and reccomend the to others.

B and M was called on a Sunday evening and the owner Bryan answered. He gave a rough estimate on the cost and we scheduled for Tuesday at 10. He called on his way to my house and arrived on time. I requested he keep the cost down as I actually need to replace the entire door and did not want to pay a lot for a new handleset. Bryan provided various options that would work and we agreed on a solution that works just fine.

They did a really good job and saved me a lot of time.

Great we never followed up to remind him never the less he arrived on time and did the job quickly and very neatly. Very nice and good quailty work wil call again if we ever need this type of work.

Brian, was very responsive to our call, arrived at our house within 30min from our call. Was informative abd pleasant and sympathetic to our situation. I would recommend Brian's services to anyone, who needs there locks change in a very quick amount of time.

He did all of the work that he said he would do and it was all done satisfactorily. He was courteous and on time. I have no complaints about the service. I have never had this done before so I don't know how much it should cost, but it seemed competitive to me.

I liked everything about them. The gentleman that came out was very nice and took care of me. He helped me adjust my door because it wasn't closing properly. He went above and beyond. It was just that one gentleman that came out. I would recommend the company to others.
