I never hired them

We wanted to hire a professional company to give us a good quality surround sound home theater in a room, but we did not the TV or equipment to be obvious or to take away from our room. ARC Installations LLC was recommended to us from friends of ours in Cherryhill NJ that had a great experience with them. ARC Installations LLC was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning and I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with them in every different aspect, even the warranty registration that they completed for us since they provided all of the equipment. They were courteous to our home and a pleasure to speak with throughout the whole process of choosing what they recommended for us. Most importantly I must say the quality of work was excellent and clean! Austin was the lead technician that designed the surround sound and TV, which was custom tailored to our back living room- he definitely went the extra mile. When I say "custom tailored", I must say this is an understatement. I wanted to keep the elegance in this room and not see the TV or equipment if I did not have too, so Austin picked out the ultra-thin TV that was built into the wall with a custom built picture frame (which he provided me samples of and picked out together) and it looks just like a piece of art hanging on the wall which accents the room even more!! I did not have much knowledge of the technology but they brought me up to date. The speakers he picked out sound better then anything I have ever heard- they sound so natural and I never knew surround sound could sound this good!! I was a little hesitant to spend the big money on these speakers, so ARC gave me a demonstration of these Totem Acoustics speakers. When I heard them I was sold and knew everything they were telling me was going to be just like the design Austin formulated to our decor and taste. I must say that ARC Installations has a passion for custom audio and video. The installation took 2 days and just as I was told. I would highly recommend ARC Installations LLC to anybody looking to do audio or video in your home. They are out of South Jersey but work in PA. My friend in Cherryhill found them through Service Magic and was very satisfied. I plan to use them to do our Home Automation that Austin & Randy were telling me all about. I never knew my thermostat could be controlled from my home system to save energy!!
