Good any issues were quickly resolved.

Terrible. It was about 8pm when I noticed the furnace wasn't working. I just had surgery & was in a cast on crutches. Also a widow on a fixed income. No time for shopping around. Called this place cause they had emergency calls. they installed a Westinghouse furnace. No extra pipes or flue pipes needed. Huge basement, easy access. They never got a permit & charged me $6,895.00 just for a furnace. Nice to rip off a weak widow at a desperate time. Your prices were $2,500 with a thermostat! wish I had the sense to check Angie's list first!! UPDATE 4-23-17 Well, I see the owner's response. According to Jackson Township, he had not applied for a permit till weeks later. Inspectors came out after the permit was gotten on 4-12-17 and the unit received 7 electrical failures. Here is why I am making an addendum to my first review. 2 young men came out to fix the failures on the electrical errors. John & Evan. They were polite, friendly, and very professional. I offered them refreshments & offered to buy them lunch, they refused. I overheard them as they were leaving & I called the office to hear the truth. The office manager answered, I asked for a supervisor & I hear B--ch! I said excuse me & he said he just stubbed his toe. Was he in socks? And when I stub a toe the B word is NOT what I say. Getting to the point-I listened to him tell me how wonderful he was & explaining, blah, blah. He said he offered me a very cheap furnace, a Carrier furnace, which I would have loved if he said it, then he offered this Westinghouse, what he described as a Rolls Royce of furnaces. Oh yeah, a widow, disabled on a fixed income is going to demand a Rolls Royce!! Here's my point: he threatened that if I did not take down my review, the young men would not get raises!! The one young man told me he had two toddlers! Great management skills or a veiled way to get me to back down? I feel bad for the boys if this is true, but the B_TCH is not backing down. You got paid, quit crying. I have to pay that bill! Sorry if I won't help you take advantage of another almost senior citizen widow.

Action was terrific. Both initial contact and on-site work were prompt and professional. Ben, the service technician, walked me through what he was doing and why and gave the unit a thorough once-over while on-site. Rapid responsiveness when he saw that he unexpectedly needed a part that was not within his standard "toolkit." Felt very comfortable having him in the house and in fact left before the job was completed, knowing that he would complete it to my satisfaction.

Very good the tect came found the problem right away fix the issue with in 20 min.

Service was great and as expected humidifier was repaired.

Ben the technician came and applied himself accordingly and was extremely professional and helpful.

Ben did a thorough check of my furnace. Given the age of the furnace, he noticed some issues that needed to get fixed to help keep the furnace going as long as possible. While I was not thrilled to have to pay more money than expected, he explained why it needed to be fixed and what could happen if it didn't. I appreciated his candor and speed to get it done.

Courteous. Very honest. Proficient and Professional. After an entire day of installing furnaces - the techs - Ben and Carl were kind and cleaned up!! Action Air has assessed and installed furnaces and outside A/C units before for us - we will continue to use them. They were quick to respond on the weekend - and were here on Sunday morning! Ben came out and was very thorough with his assessment. I've spoken to Melanie in the office several times and is wonderful. Thank You!!!!!

Manny was our technician and did an excellent job. PROFESSIONAL.Came on time, explained clearly what he was going to do, completed inspection, cleaned heating unit above and beyond. Made clear recommendations for future maintenance. Also replaced filter without being asked Great work . Thanks!

The furnace checkup went well. The technician arrived within the appointed timeframe, performed the required service in a timely fashion, and replaced an item (that was in stock in the vehicle) that was under warranty. The technician introduced himself, was pleasant and courteous, and informed me of what he was doing and what needed to be done.

Action Air replaced my Gas Furnace in 2012 and replaced my Air Conditioner in 2016. They have always been very responsive and extremely professional. Ben at Action Air has been the service person who recommended the install of the Gas Furnace (my older Air Conditioner coil had frozen up, thawed and shorted out all the components. He also was the person who recommended the install of the Air Conditioner when my outside unit compressor died. Today, he checked out the Furnace and replaced the sensor.

My heating system wouldn’t come on so I called Action Air Conditioning and Heating and scheduled a service call. In the mean time I also called the electric company. The electric company came out and said the igniter switch just needs to be replaced and any heating company can complete the work. The Action Air Conditioning and Heating technician, named Ben, came out and said the whole unit needs to be replaced at a cost of about $5,700. Ben also mentioned out of the blue that his son had died a couple months ago. I paid the Ben the $125 service call and let him leave. I had a different heating specialist come out and he confirmed the only issue was the igniter switch. This different technician replaced the igniter switch and only charged $189.

We had a friend watching our house while we were out of town. She called us when a very loud noise was in the furnace/fan system and it was not working. She called Action Air Conditioning and Heating and they promptly returned her call and early the next morning Ben came and looked at the system. He told our friend that the system was "frozen" and we had to get a new furnace and he could do the work that day ( Saturday) and it would cost over $9,000.00!! We spoke with Ben over the phone and he explained the same- said he could get men in that day to do the repair. We decided to wait and get a second opinion. Today ( 2 days later ) we got our second opinion and the gentleman went out and looked at the fan and found a small dead mouse had gotten caught in the system. Once the mouse was removed the system again operated perfectly and the entire cost to us was $89.00. Quite a difference!!! Unfortunately we would have believed our system really was "frozen" and we would have had to spend the $9,000.00 if not for this second honest furnace repairman ( Indoor Comfort Systems). Please get a second opinion when looking at this large of a repair or replacement.

Appointment was for a time slot between 9-12. Around 10:30 they called to say they were running a little late and they would be at my home between 12-1:30. I was very glad that they called so I could run an errand in the morning instead of sitting waiting. That is good customer service. The technician who came was polite and did the job in a timely manner. His name was Ben. I was pleased with the service I received.

He did a great job. He came on time and was very professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

They did have some friendly workers. They are personable and called several days in advance as a courtesy for the maintenance.

My heater is running back normal, right in time for the winter!

They actually contacted me to let me know that I had coverage in case anything went wrong and that I was due for a routine maintenance check. They found an issue with a part and replaced it under the warranty for no charge to me. Very honest company! They could have serviced the furnace and charged me without me even knowing about the warranty but they actually alerted me to the routine maintenance since I am a first time homeowner and didn't realize it was need and they also made sure that I got the warranty coverage that I was due. Very professional, very honest.

The service was outstanding, the new unit was installed and running in no time. They did a beautiful job explained everything step by step. I'm very happy with all the work and I'd recommend action air conditioning & heating to every1 and would not allow my fAmily to use any1 else.

After troubleshooting our heating and AC, they said replacement, not repair was the only option. Upon asking why it needs to be replaced, I was told that sometimes they just don't last that long. The final straw came when our system, still under warranty, had a leak that went undiagnosed because "they were too busy". Instead, they sent someone to top off our system with refrigerant and just keep running the system around the clock in an attempt to maintain a comfortable temperature in the house. This is when they added 410a refrigerant to my older R-22 system. After this negligence and their lack of accountability and the fact that they wouldn't return my calls to schedule a leak test, I decided to get 2 more opinions. After one company tested the system and attempted to fix it by replacing a few parts, it was determined that my heat/AC was no longer serviceable and the failure was traced back to an old filter drier that should have been replaced when the lines were opened during replacement of the condenser. The deteriorating filter combined with the mixed refrigerant caused the premature failure of the condenser and created a blockage in the air handler. After having a different company replace the entire system, I wrote a letter to Action seeking resolution and I immediately received a phone call from Action and a letter from their lawyers. Their resolution was to offer me $1500 and in return, I would not leave reviews. I passed and no resolution was reached.
