Had experience with service provider before. Manny seemed knowledgeable and pleasant. Would recommend his services in a heartbeat.

The service guy showed up a little late, but he was very nice-- especially since I initially thought he was a representative from another company with whom I had NOT had good service. Once I realized that he was from Action Air, I was very apologetic and the service rep was SO nice about it. He told me about Angie's List, offered to see about lowering the cost of the service call, and took care of both units even though he was only scheduled to look at one. I have used Action Air for over 5 years and they have always been prompt, friendly, helpful, and more often than not go above and beyond what is expected during their visit. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so!

I was very satisfied with the service provided. I was short on time and the tech was aware and worked efficiently. When he discovered the broken pin he explained the possible reasons for that and made suggestions for ways to make the system run efficiently. He replaced the pin and gave me the details for the freon replacement also explaining the costs. Despite the quick time frame I felt he adequately serviced the AC unit and fixed the problem that he found.

It went fine. I would highly recommend him.

Usual check for the winter season. Also, I called 3-27-14 to schedule spring maintenance on air conditioner.

The first technician found the problem and scheduled another technician to deliver definitive repair at a later time (two days later).

The services were great, our heater went in The middle of the night, I called the emergency number Ben arrived within one hour of my call, he checked everything out then sat with me to discuss my options. We needed a new heat pump which was replaced the next morning on a Sunday as we experienced our first snow fall. Thank you Ben and action for the professional service.

Old heater rusted out and needed a replacement. Called and the unit was diagnosed and replaced with a new one the same day. They were neat and had our house back to a comfortable temperature within a day.

I've been a customer of Action Heating and Air for years. I've always found them to be reliable, courteous and fair. During routine Spring maintenance they uncovered a Freon leak and they replaced the freon at no charge saving me several hundred dollars. I highly recommend Action Heating and Air.

Went well, the service man arrived very soon after my initial call and after he diagnosed the problem he called me at work to let me know what was causing the problem. The job was finished and we had our heater working again.

We scheduled a date, Action Air came out and reinstalled the new unit in under 2.5 hours- it runs great.

I was told my heat pump had to be replaced -it was working fine in the summer time however came Nov 2013 this heat pump (Chrylser) is the worst very BIG and very Loud -when it goes in defrost it's the WORST every 20mins so can you image 2/3am in the morning ugh! waking myself and my neighbors up and it suppose to be a NEW unit, and when i turned it on 70 it still blew out COLD air-they came twice however it's still a problem of course i asked them to replace it-or i want a refund:( and this is when I had the problem with ( BEN-the owner) I always express my concerns with Ray or Melanie since 11/2013 I've been complaining etc. (the admins at the office) spoke with Ben for the very first time he was RUDE and would not let me talkI couldn't get anywhere with him-and he hung up on me Feb 2014,and keep in mind I called him. I called Sears to get a quote-and was told I have a Feron heat pump and it should have never been sold to me(it's illegal) he should have solf me a Pyron heat pump-so a long story short-I will be taking them to small claims court-processed the paperwork 3/7 to be continued wish me luck. I will def provide an update.....also the unit is still under warranty so he should just give me a refund, and will not, and I was also told he probably got the unit for $1k - but charged me $3,800...and this is JUST the outside unit (JUST THE HEAT PUMP) Overcharging people by thousands of dollars because they are in a bad situation and refusing to honor their return policy-as of today it's only 8months old, I want a refund. Angie's List is suppose to reach out to them as well......waiting to hear back from Angie's list as well.....they are fast talkers/scammers-and taking advantange of customers situation. Install went well. Everyone was clean and courteous. They came when they said they would, and the unit installed is much better than the one replaced. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

they were very professional from start to finish. the serviceman was very punctual and polite. the installers were also punctual , neat ,and very clean. my heat has never been so efficient and my electric bill dropped significantly since the repair. id highly recommend them to anyone

My heat was not working,i called a heating coming to come out, al they wanted to do was to sell me a new furnace. I called Action Heating & air , the gentleman came out, found out what the problems were, explain everything to us, and gave us a price quote. which we agree to, and within 30 minutes, we had heat, if we did not call Action We would of been in debt. Thanks to Action I saved money & now have heat.

Arrived on a Saturday for initial evaluation. Quickly diagnosed the problem and offered range of options. Job is to start in two days.
