It went beautiful. After having an extend home warranty plan they denied my claim due to non maintenance. Action AC and Heating who is my yearly maintenance company came out to take care of everything. We are in their debt for the work that was done. Sincerely, Olga

Action Air and their technician Ben were extremely responsible and attentive! We received many call backs checking on how things were going. On 7/11/15, as we were leaving to go out, the AC did not seem to be working correctly again. Ben had left us his personal cell #. We went out that night, Ben came over, fixed the problem and checked in on us the next day!! Could not be happier with their services!!

It started off great, he showed up for the estimate on time. He was very informative and professional. He gave me some ideas about how to best complete the job that none of the competitors did. They came back the very same day and installed the new system. It is working great !!! They treated my home with respect and cleaned up after completion.

Found the problem within a few minutes. Respectful service man had it up and running same day. With very little cost.

We are now not being charged for the call. However, we did have to call in someone else to correct the improperly installed air-handler. We still have ceiling damage from the water and will probably have to pursue some type of legal remedy for costs that are not our fault.

The guy wanted to replace my whole heating system for $6000. We got a second opinion and it just needed a fuse.

Well it's was late when we realize that our heat was not working, so I used Action Air Conditioning & Heating before on my rentals I called then, and within the hour they were there, the gentleman was so professional & polite as before. Well I needed a new oil furnace, I thought oh no, not now Christmas is not far away, well the gentleman (Ben) took off for me being a Angie's Member and got me 6 months interest free financing. Then within two hours, two installers arrived, very polite, they installed my new furnace, and even took all the trash. Thanks again for great services :)

WOKE UP 230AM NO HEAT, WAS COLD IN HOUSE, DID WHAT I ALSO DO AND CALLED MY MOM, SHE TOLD ME TO CALL ACTION AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING , THAT SHE LOVES THEM, THEY HAVE 24 HOURS SERVICE, AND REASONABLE. SO I CALLED ACTION AND WITHIN THE HOUR A TECHICIAN WAS AT MY DOOR. THIS GUY WAS SO PROFESSINOAL & POLITE, HE EXPLAINS THAT I NEEDED TO REPLACE MY OIL PUMP, AND DOWN LINE I WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE UNIT DUE TO OLD AGE. (WHICH OTHER COMPANIES HAVE TOLD ME IN THE PAST) SO NOT LONG AFTER THE TECHICIAN REPLACE THE PART, I HAD HEAT. WELL IT WAS TIME FOR BILL I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO EXPENSIVE, I COULD BELIEVE IT WHEN HE TOLD IT WAS ONLY $375.00. WELL MOM WAS RIGHT AGAIN AND NOW WHEN I DO REPLACE MY UNIT I WILL BE CALLING ACTION.

called Action at 4:00 pm to inspect non working gas furnace; Action employee arrived at home at approximately 5:30 pm, employee inspected present furnace and found that the furnace had a crack that allow carbon to escape and the safety valve would not allow it to be lit. Action employee quoted me a price for a new furnace with installation the next morning.

Code: MEM400FF Old furnace removed, reviewed the need for furnace, clean up was good. Presented choice of furnace and advised on what would be best for family. Installed new furnace, adjusted radiators, reviewed entire home for any other possible issues related to heat.

We had our furnace replaced 4 years ago. It was a weekend and Action Air Conditioning and Heating was the first that could be here. Total job over $6000. A year later the fan went out and it took Action over a day to get someone here. It was a subcontractor who insisted we had to pay for parts, even though we were clearly still under warranty. The next day, no one at Action would return my call. It was only $100, so I wrote it off. Last year, with the furnace only 3 years old, it developed a bad leak. After spending 2 days of not getting calls returned I gave up (I did get through once and was told that there were people with more important problems than us). I had another company come and found out that the furnace had been improperly installed in 2 different places (the leak was because the furnace had been installed on top of a plastic overflow tray that had melted- we were lucky we didn't have a fire). We had the whole thing replaced and now have a perfectly working system. The reason I was moved to write this now is that I just received an obnoxious letter from Action saying if I didn't have our furnace serviced by them, our warranty will be voided. I cannot say how much I recommend NOT using Action Air Conditioning and Heating!

They're great and they're reasonable. They really work with you. I purchased central air from them last year too. I saved almost $100 a month on that system. This is old-fashioned service. I am very critical of other companies.

The tech, Manny, was prompt and explained the service that was performed, as well as tips on filters and clearing ice on the outside units in the winter. He also was courteous enough to take his boots off in the house and not track mud throughout.

Appointment was made. Never called never came out! (NO SHOW)
