Please remember the name of this company and its partner company 5 Star Construction company. If you guys see these 2 companies, please DO NOT trust and give any work to these companies. They are liars and after taking advance they would change their words. They have the worst people and don't know anything. Please trust me I have all the pictures of bad jobs, communications that prove how liar and worst they are and if you want to contact me please email to kin.pat@gmail.com. I have created a file called "I am ripped off" and in that file, I have all pictures, all communications, videos everything. Let me explain, I contacted these guys through Angie's List and found that they had A reviews but very few about 6 though, maybe from all relatives. I told them about my budget and I want to get the things done, they agreed and we discussed all the line-items. The guy named Austin Prince came to my house with a contract and he didn't mention so many things. So I told him, you didn't mention what we discussed and he told please trust me, these are small things and I would do it. The whole project cost was $15,000 and he asked me $9,000 upfront. I trusted him and after giving him money, his tone changed and showed unprofessionalism in communication and behavior. So I asked him, did you order any material and he said no. So I told him, not to buy and hold off this project and I asked him to refund my money and he denied to give all my money back. He told me that I would give you about $7500 back as I ordered the material. He told me that he didn't buy the material in the first place. Then I asked him that's ok, just finish my project. Then he appeared after a few days and started the project and middle of the project he told me that I won't do this and that. He was not listening me and he was treating me very bad as he came to know that I paid the advance and I was under him. He didn't do what we discussed while discussing the Project. He finished the roof somehow by taking almost 2 weeks with the worst job. I made the biggest mistake of my life. The roofer was Jamie Hall and he does not know either. Jamie acts that he knows the job but both Jamie and Austin don't know anything please make sure these people don't touch anything to your property. My skylights they have installed at the edge of the ceiling, I told those *** to install the skylights in the middle of the sloped roof. They didn't make a hole from inside and install the skylights from the top. They did the siding, capping and molding the windows without the caulking. They installed the new seamless gutters and they didn't know how to install the gutters like keeping slope to one end. Next day morning gutters were leaking and pouring the water. PLEASE DO NOT work with these companies or these guys. They would loot your money with very cheap service and workmanship. I paid the rest of the money and found that if I had given the job to another company which would be $2k more, but you would be happy by getting the job done, correctly and professionally. So please don't give any work to these companies or their guys otherwise you would lose your money. The job took 3+ weeks (told to finish in 6 days) to complete with such worst quality, workmanship, unprofessionalism. They would yell on you if you ask them to correct something. I warned you and still if you make a mistake like me then please be aware and make sure you do all these 1. DO NOT give any advance to these looters. 2. Please make sure you discuss everything and write all possible details even though your contract completes in 10 pages. 3. Do not trust these guys and keep all the belongings and the main door shut as I also heard from those guys that Austin used to steal money and belongings from someone's houses in the past. 4. Please research all these procedures related to the project before they start, they always make you fool with lies. All the best!
