The work itself went well. There were 4 guys who came out to install a new panel, 7 new outlets, and two dedicated lines. They wore shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards. However, the initial process of getting the permit was longer than anticipated. I had to call the borough and kept the owner updated instead of the other way around. Furthermore, his form of communication is text instead of talking to the customer after the initial visit because he is busy. However, I'm pleased with the outcome of the work.

Service was fantastic! Had recessed lighting and ceiling fan installed. They were professional and worked cleanly. Would hire them again in a minute.

Mike and Andrew were awesome! Very professional and worked cleanly. They explained everything mapped out how the recessed lighting would work best. They only had to make a small hole in the ceiling to access the wire to run it to the switch box and taped up the piece of drywall that was removed. When we decide on either a ceiling fan or chandelier we’ll definitely be calling them to do the work.

Great. The guys were on time and they got the work done in a timly manor. They were courtious, friendly and very professional. No doubt that the next time i need electrical work done they are the ones im calling!!

I can’t express how happy I am with the services provided. They were so accommodating considering I have a toddler and aging parent in the home. They were so fast and efficient. Would totally recommend

Greg the owner is awesome! Great communication, and was able to get me scheduled quick! Mike came out and did the install, he was very friendly, polite and professional. Greg came out at the end of the job and helped me with a few other questions regarding my generator hook-up. I was informed by Mr Greg Kowall, the upgrade Box would cost $ 3000.00 and would be completed in 1 day. At the time I was having other construction, Being done on my home . I ask Mr Kowall to allow one week , To allow city inspection , license by other Contractor to be done first. Mr Kowall agreed 2/18/2018 to return for my electrical work to be completed. On 200 Amp Box installation. Meanwhile. April to December 2018 AW Vilhol. LLC. contractor was installing a 1/ 2 bathroom , Mr Bill was the companies electrician 412-961-1608 . He informed me , Kowall electrical LLC. didn't properly have 200 amp main breaker box , inspected by the city of Chester , Licence & inspection. It also wasn't tagged and lock as required by Law. I finally get in touch with Mr Kowall Dec 2019. ask for. 200 Amp box to be inspected & install a $450.00 outlet in my fire place , for gas fireplace . Mr Kowall installed the fireplace outlet , but stated he didn't have time to Inspect the 200 Amp Box he installed 2/18/2018 but would reschedule. Since then I've went through Angie s list Via text, ON JUNE 2019 Mr Kowall stated after 4 , 2019 City of Chester & he would come to my home and complete the job . I can't See and end to Mr Kowall's stalling . I have new home policy with Ensure July 29,2019 for $ 423,000. IF my house catches on fire I'm not covered. Because electrical work done by Mr Kowall s company isn't license by the city of Chester. I care for 93 year old mother & my Health not great as I'm a 90 Percent disabled Veteran.

Knowledgeable. Honest. Reliable. Personable. Trustworthy. Greg made the time to install not one but three grounded outlets in my mother's home so I could get an air conditioner installed before a predicted heatwave. Although I was merely an Angie's List member with a quote request, and not yet a customer, Greg was prompt to answer my request, committed in working through communication and scheduling issues, as well as personable and efficient during the service call. He dispelled a prior electrician's claim that somehow my mother's house had become "ungrounded" after a comprehensive check of her home's electrical system. He kept me informed throughout the process and I installed the new air conditioner the evening of his visit. We will have Greg back next month for additional "maintenance electrical" when he has more time to install more grounded outlets and check a few light switches. I highly recommend you reach out to Greg when considering a new electrician if he is in your service area. He exceeded my expectations, over delivered, and brought peace of mind.

The gentlemen from Kowall Electric were great! They came right on time (at the early end of the time range) and were incredibly professional. They took their time with the installation and definitely did it with care. They also explained what they were doing along the way. This was the best experience I’ve had with any electricians. Plus, the chandelier looks great!

I could not have been happier with my experience with Kowall Electric. From the initial quoting process, all the way through to the project completion, Greg and his team were terrific. The job was performed quickly and efficiently. The team kept me updated with their plans and progress and when the job was complete, they had cleaned up and everything looked terrific. Greg Kowall called first thing this morning and asked for detailed information, including pics of the malfunctioning light fixture and switches. He offered an estimate and to send a crew over within a couple of hours, which I accepted. Eric and Mike arrived and verified the work order, then promptly got to work. They completed the work order professionally and efficiently. I will definitely use them again for any future needs.

Great work! Electricians came when they said they were going to be there. Worked hard to install lights without impacting drywall. Highly recommend Kowall Electric!

It went exactly as planned. Greg researched where in the wall the outlet had to go as per the range manufacturer, ran the line and provided the cable we'll need to hook up the new range when it comes.

Greg and his team were great. He was responsive during the estimate process and was able to provide a gauge on the spot. They were flexible during scheduling and did fantastic work. Very professional. Will be using Kowall Electric again in the future.

Everything went very well! Greg is wonderful to work with-organized and planned the appointment, keeping me updated throughout. Eric and Mike performed the work. The guys from Kowall Electric did a great job for our renovation. They were very professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly, but never hesitated to stop and answer questions and discuss what they were doing. Communication with Greg was key.
