Communicating was was difficult at times bacause they're so busy, but the reason they're so busy is because they do really good work. I would use Kowall again for any of my electrical needs.

Greg was able to diagnose the issues that were causing my on-going problems with several outlets that were located outside my home (he was not the first electrician I had paid but the issue had continued). Wonderfully! The crew (Eric and Mike) were the best! They did an excellent job digging the trench to lay the wire out to the shed from the house. I am extremely pleased with the new outlet and light in the shed. And they cleaned up the area beautifully. They were also very cordial, worked efficiently, and were able to answer any questions I had.

I bought a counter-top oven three weeks before Thanksgiving. Greg responded promptly to my request for an estimate and arranged to come see the job soon after. He was great and explained what had to be done very clearly. We asked to be put on the schedule and he fit us in before Thanksgiving. He also came earlier than scheduled which was great. We have arranged for more electrical work to be done in the new year so, obviously, we would hire him again! We definitely recommend him.

Greg Kowall was wonderful. He was the only electrician who was willing to come to my house after 3. We communicated steadily by text after my initial contact, and then he was able to come within a week. He arrived promptly and was able to fix my problem that same evening. Good thing he came when he did as the outlet “stuff” behind the wall had started to melt. His price was reasonable especially considering how soon he was able to come. Greg and his team came on time. Very professional from the beginning. Took time to explain how they will complete the work. They took time to ensure our furnitures are protected from the dust before starting the work. Infact they came up with a brilliant idea, that avoided painting work for us which is a huge plus for us. Completed the work on time. We will definitely hire him next if we have any electrical work at our home.

Great. These guys are very professional. They were on time. Easy to work with. Their work is very nicely done and they are very neat --- Drop cloths, shoe covers, clean up after the job. Everything looks great. Matt made the suggestion to place one of the cable boxes in a nearby utility closet and installed an IR extender on the TV. It makes everything look super clean and streamlined.

Called Greg Kowall on a Friday and although he was working another job, he made it a priority to come to my house early the next morning to troubleshoot electrical issues I was having. Not only did he fix the problems I had in a timely manner, but he took the time to educate me on what the problem was and how he repaired it making my electrical functional again, but also protected my family from future problems and fire hazards. He was also was kind, professional, and put booties over his shoes without me even having to ask! Will definitely use again!

Kowall Electric is the best in the business! After purchasing our first home, Kowall Electric was kindly referred to us from a friend. They rewired a large amount of our home and eliminated knob and tube in an extremely efficient and professional manner. In addition to professionalism and efficiency, they kept dust at a minimum, even after breaking through walls and the ceiling. Extremely impressed! They will be returning soon to hang light fixtures and mount our tv above our fireplace. They wired our television so NO cables will show after being mounted to the wall above the fireplace! Being new to the area, it's reassuring to have an electrician we can depend on and trust!

Greg and his team were professional, extremely courteous and prompt with their work. They assembled meticulously a large crystal chandelier and installed it in a tall 25 foot foyer along with a chandelier lift. Greg provided useful insight into the type of bulbs and other electrical minutiae. The chandelier consisted of many large and tiny crystals each of which needed to be strung individually. KEC performed as artists as well as they performed as electricians. Greg's team was very respectful and clean and did not leave a mess when they left. They were trustworthy when I left my house unattended on Day 2. I would definitely recommend KECO.

Greg and his team did a great job. They got the job done in the time promised and also ran a coax cable to a difficult to access part of my house (with stone walls). They were thorough and were happy to answer any questions. Their quote was very competitive, in fact at least 30% less than another A rated Angie's List electrician.

It went well. The TV mount looks good. They did a professional job. They used shoe covers which I very much appreciated and they vacuumed the area after the job was completed.

Went great.....Greg cam out during the holidays and squeezed us in because the person working on the cabinets was following his own schedule. Greg and his team showed up, got everything one quickly, cleaned up and arranged a follow up visit to complete the job when the carpenter was done.
