Description of Work: B & E gave me the lowest estaminet of 5 roofing companies that came out to the house. |I don't just look at price as many times you get what you pay for. |After reading all the Angies's List reviews of B & E roofing, we felt confident they would do a good job even with the lowest price. |Their crew came early and work a long hard 12 hour day and it looked finished to me. |I had previously told them about a leak we had around the chimney flashing and so one guy came back the next day |and worked about 3 hours more on that area. The hard working young men at B & E were very polite, neat and fast. They cleaned up and did a great job. Its been about 6 months now and we have been through wind, rain storms and snow and the roof is water tight and looks great !

Description of Work: Replaced roof on home, garage and shed, replaced 4 skylights in home and 2 in garage, replaced rotten fascia and wrapped them in aluminum, new gutters and rain spout on house and garage. Completion of the job went very smoothly. There were a fee items that were discussed with the owner but were not included in the original estimate (I should have reviewed it more thoroughly.) These costs had to be added on after-the-fact but fortunately were not a lot of money. Overall we are very satisfied with the finished product and would recommend B & E to friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: They teared off the old roof, replaced one sheet of damaged plywood, re-shingled the entire roof including underlayment, replaced all gable end fascia boards with synthetic boards, recapped all other fascia boards (behind gutters) with new aluminum, replaced all gutters and downspouts, and they detached and re-attached the support frame for the awning over my deck (which is attached to the roof). | |They completed the work in about 3 days if I recall correctly, although the majority of the work was done in 2 days. They also (upon my follow-up request) left an entire (unopened) package of shingles in case any repairs are needed in the future. They made a special trip out to drop them off, which was a nice touch. | |I should also mention that when I was considering which company to go with and getting bids, B&E was the quickest to respond and while they were out to do the bid they also repaired a vent cap that had come loose in the wind (just before it was going to rain later that day). That obviously gave them a leg up in the competition.

Amos and Mark were nothing but professional from beginning to end.They gave us the most competitive pricing with a 10 year workmanship guarantee you can trust. We had a lot of quotes from other companies. Glad we went with B&E. Amos came the same day we called him for the quote. Work began quickly after we accpeted his quote. The workers showed up early and stayed late every day.They repalce most of the plywood on our roof, flashed everything, and added an overhang in 2 1/2 days. Really impressed!! Our gutters were not installed correctly and they sent someone out to replace and do right at a great price. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and will never use any other company for roofing needs. Kudos to B&E ROOFING. THANKS AGAIN!!
