The inspection revealed an aged out system along with some bad practices of installation , after we purchased the home we called RLS back and they replaced and update the complete system which made a HUGE difference in performance and gas removal as well as making these systems very quiet in operation. Ron was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with . I will also add that we used Ron for some critical carpentry work with installing a custom door and jamb , along with cabinetry work . The outcome of this work was Stellar and we could not be happier with Ron's work .

We had Ron from RLS Environmental install a Radon Mitigation System in our home. We live in the Sinking Spring area and many of our neighbors have mitigation systems. We couldn't be happier with choosing RLS Environmental. From the first phone call to the post mitigation test results, the service was excellent. First of all, Ron was very prompt with returning phone calls and very knowledgeable. He explained the whole process from start to finish and took the time to answer all of our questions. The installation process was professional, he and his assistant completed the work in one day and were courteous and polite while working in our home. I was very pleased with the results and would highly recommend RLS Environmental.

We were extremely pleased with Ron's professionalism and his work. The system that he installed exceeded our expectations. The unit was placed in a very discreet location. Ron maintained a neat working environment and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was completed. He was extremely responsive to any questions that we had, both before and after the installation. The system works better than we anticipated. After the unit was installed, we conducted an independent radon test and discovered that our radon numbers had dropped from a 9.0 (the number before the unit was installed) to a 0.7. Throughout the installation, Ron was honest and upfront as well as personable and trustworthy. He was also very kind to our dog! We would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone looking to have similar work done to their home.

To start, the communication with Ron was great! He was very clear and prompt with responses, which seems to be a rarity these days. When Ron showed up he was professional, very polite and I could tell he likes to keep things very organized. There was also no unforseen "surprises" that happened to "pop up".
