+ -1 morePrior to the work, Ann dropped by with several 'iterations' and many samples. As things progressed, we met the sub contractors, the work was outlined, and everyone got a chance to ask questions, the job became well defined. A time schedule was set. Ann did the heavy lifting throughout; interfacing with and keeping the sub contractors on schedule, taking care of any problems, supervising and insuring that the work was of top quality. She really spoiled us with her attention to detail. Ann is extremely demanding of the service providers (so we didn't have to be). We longed for a person of her caliber subsequently when other, unrelated work was done to the house... In short, I wish she handled ALL types of work on homes! P.S. The job was completed on time and on budget.
Description of Work: Redecorated/refurnished 3 bedrooms, wall paint, carpeting. Redecorated/refurnished/reupholstered several pieces of furniture in a TV and Great room.
