The only critique I can raise is that some of the crew they hired for the work were a little less professional in their appearance and conduct compared to the estimator and project manager. I did raise this at the time and was informed it is an ongoing process for them and they do aim to have high levels of professionalism at every level. That is the only critique though. The project manager, Mike, was *extremely* professional and courteous throughout the project, including when I did raise my critiques, and responded with professionalism and grace. The estimator, Hudson, was also very very thorough and courteous. The roof does then look to have been installed correctly and, knock on wood, does not leak. A great experience overall and I would recommend them.

Amazing experience with Home Genius. The sales team was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step. The installers did a great job keeping the job site clean. John walked us through how to operate everything and confirmed no screws or debris were left behind. Will most certainly use them for future window projects.

They were good but could or would not repair our roof. They proposed a new roof.

Home Genius is a honest company, We signed contract for seamless gutters, the sales person spent almost 5 hours explaining everything to us as we were first time homebuyers, We Were set to do the Install in March, We had waived inspection and found lots of problem with the house and we decided to put the house back on the market. We called Emily Deily and explained to her and she had the owner Mr Austin call us and was genuinely sad for us and agreed to refund the initial deposit we had made in January 2022, I find Mr Austin and his team at home Genius to be understanding and compassionate, who went above and beyond to help us, I will call them for any new projects and highly recommend them to my friends.

Left handfuls of nails in the lawn. 15 ft of gutter guard is missing. They ran over my solar lawn light at the end of the driveway. High price and expected high quality but they just dumped a lot of caulk in areas instead of doing a good clean job.

Home Genius completed my roof 3 weeks after our initial contact. The workers were courteous and efficient. Jackson, the foreman, answered my questions during the job. I am satisfied with the service and the way my roof looks.

Home Genius was very quick to respond. Hunter came out on a Saturday. He was very friendly and helpful. The job was scheduled for the Monday but there was a mix up with the scheduling but they came Tuesday instead. The job was done efficiently and well. Jackson was also very friendly and helpful. They were very honest also and didn't need to use some of the supplies so deducted the cost from our bill. Overall an excellent job, would highly recommend.

THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS THE PRICE WAS WONDERFUL AND THE CARE THAT THE WORKERS TOOK AS EXTRAORDINERY. THEY EVEN CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO INSPECT THE WORK AND MAKE CERTAIN THAT THERE WERE NO NAILS LEFT BEHIND. THE BEST COMPANY EVER

Know that the 90-minute estimate visit includes a high-pressure presentation and sales pitch. The sales rep was very nice, and in part, we decided to go with them because of their thorough inspection of our roof and attic, despite the higher quote (and in part because the quote would have been even higher if we waited to think on it). There were some minor hiccups with the roof install, which was delayed a day because the shingles did not arrive on time, then they ran out of shingles during installation, so the roofers were sitting around waiting for half a day. I was a bit surprised that the actual roofers appeared to be subcontractors since our sales rep made a big deal of not using subcontractors. The roof looks pretty good so far, but I was not very happy with the cleanup. The day after they left (and after we had parked our car on it), I found dozens of roofing nails and staples in the driveway. I subsequently have found nails and debris all around the outside of my house, including in my AC unit. Other roofers, I spoke to use high-powered magnets to sweep up the nails, but these guys just had some rakes. The biggest problem is my unfinished attic, which is now covered in a layer of wood chips, nails, and other debris which will require hours for me to clear out. They mentioned the attic would get dusty, but if they had communicated how bad it would be I could have put down some tarps to make cleanup easier. For the high price we paid, I was expecting better. EDIT: 1 month after the install and I noticed during a rain shower that water is leaking all around the chimney in my attic. Clearly shoddy work.

The work seems to have been done well. Crews worked efficiently and cleaned up fairly well after themselves. Communication was not very good. No one checked ahead that anyone would be home before notifying us of scheduled work days. Work days were changed multiple times with notification to us late in the day. We were told some things would occur that did not, e.g., protecting items in landscape--the items were basically ok--no unacceptable damage occurred-- but we were told efforts would be made to protect some things and no such efforts were made. Again, the work itself seems good.

they did not use tarps we had to pick up half a bucket of nails. The dumpster sat in the driveway for six days beyond the time promised it would be moved. Surprise found 18 more nails under it in the driveway when removed. Will not use them again.

Good quality work

Worst nightmare ever. We hired them thinking local. Completion promised 6-8 weeks. No contact from anyone for 2 months. We contacted the company and they offered to refund the deposit after 2 months. We asked that the job be done so we would not have to start the process over. The windows arrived sometime in November, one damaged. It took the completion to February 11 to finally finish four windows. There is poor communication not only with customers but also among the management and workers. To add insult, at the end of December, the company sent an email requesting payment for the job not yet finished. DO NOT hire this company!

There came and completed the job in a timely manner. No problems
