We believe it is important to clarify the scope of this project because it involved more than just laying a walkway. Below is an outline of the complete landscape renovation: 1. Under the existing deck and staircase, concrete pads were laid so that homeowner could access a sunken seating area. Landscape fabric was placed under the entire deck and staircase and top-dressed with 3” of 3B river stone. 2. All construction debris was removed which included gravel, clay, concrete, and unusable topsoil left by previous contractor. 3. A large tree stump was flush cut and ground, top soil was added and the area was reseeded. 4. A custom paver stone walkway was installed which included a homeowner requested upgrade to premium pavers and additional custom details. 5. Multiple truckloads of topsoil were brought to site and the entire lawn in the backyard was graded and reinstalled, which also involved locating, repairing and reconnecting downspouts which were destroyed by the previous contractor. 6. Raised flower beds were built with timbers to match the existing beds and were filled with top soil and mulch. 7. A vinyl fence was also reconstructed and a gate was added. Upon completion of the project, this customer appeared to be more than satisfied with the results and our level of service. All projects require a signed proposal which includes our pricing, additionally, if there are any changes to the original bid, the homeowner will be required to sign the change orders. We will not begin any project without an agreement that has been signed by the homeowner. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and the level of service we provide. It is our goal to ensure that all of our customers are happy and satisfied with our work.
