 + -1 moreChris (owner) came to our home to give us an estimate on approximately 315 linear feet of pressure treated, 3 rail, split fence. Upon his arrival, he REMOVED his shoes as he walked in the door! That's respect and pride for you. He provided an estimate in a timely manner and commenced work in the bitter cold on the day he promised. The job was completed in three days work and I am amazed how nice it looks. He kept his work area clear and when he left for the day you wouldn't even know he was there. When he was done, he explained the whole job and told us if there were any issues in the future, don't hesitate to call him. I would definitely use Lipfert Lawn and Fence again.
Description of Work: Chris installed a split rail fence with wire mesh and two gates.

Description of Work: Installed 6ftX40ft privacy fence with two-tone vinyl slats and cross boards finished with color-coordinated lattice toppers. Chris also performed final grading on either side of fence (fence replaced row of 30ft. Arborvitae trees) including topsoil and then installed a plant/flower bead on street-side of fence and filled with holly, knock-out roses, and day-lilies. Bed was then covered with black mulch. He finished up with grass seeding on both sides using penn mulch. Showed up on day promised and worked until job was finished. Very friendly and hard worker. I will be using him again for any future landscaping.
