 + -1 moreMr Colaviti is an experienced contractor with professional integrity and good communication skills. He was very detailed in explaining the work he was proposing and why. He answered my questions with patience and accuracy. He often quoted the up to date construction codes that guide his excellent work. Mr Colaviti is a personable and respectful professional who does excellent work down to the last detail of sanding of the hand rails and cleaning the site.
Description of Work: Existing deck full length of the house was leaning away from the main structure on very precarious footing. Required digging sixteen 41 inch deep to install new supports posts and replace rotted portions of the frame.

Description of Work: My house was hit by a motor vehicle which wiped out the corner of my kitchen and foundation. The work that was provided was demolition of all damaged areas, replacement windows installed, custom window sills installed, foundation replaced, bead board installed, sidining installed, rain spouting installed, 12x12 deck installed, and everything else which needed replacement.
