Erich Bemis performed a Heater unit installation at my home. The installation was professional and timely, after the install when he was checking all the gas appliances the hot water heater was being difficult to start. eric spent hours troubleshooting and determined control parts had to be replaced. He came back the next morning and performed the repair. Even though he had a long day he remained patient and professional. Because he had shut off the gas and when starting the hot water heater, a knob was damaged all repair time and part were not charged. He is a valuable asset to Andreas Plumbing and has raised my appreciation of the company.

Four years ago I was sold a heat pump which would supposedly work down to negative temperatures to heat my home. Four years and 6 repair visits later and it still blows cold air into my house on the coldest days of the year. I was told that a manager would be calling me 2 months ago to try to solve my problem, still haven't received a phone call. My two small children spent Christmas morning in a 50 degree house thanks to Andreas Plumbing and Heating.

Did not do work as promised. Not sure they are a real plumber. Ripped of elder lady. No shame.

Thorough explaination, on what was the problem. Exactly what I needed.

Our furnace blew and we had no hot water and it's close to the time that we'll need the heat on. Andreas made time to visit right away to look at the furnace. After looking at it, they reviewed all the options. They made it clear that the old system could be repaired. Since our old furnace was close to 40 yrs old, we decided to replace it instead. We wanted to get something more fuel e efficient and have a separate hot water heater. Andreas reviewed the options available to us and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. The entire process was handled very professionally and courteously. Workers were mindful of the environs and took precautions not to track soot and cleaned up after themselves. They did all this as quickly as possible because they knew we had no hot water. We didn't have time to shop around, but based on what we heard others have paid to replace their furnaces, we don't think we were treated unfairly. Overall, I would recommend this vendor.

I am impressed that teardown,installation and removal of the old unit which by the way was a monster,only took 2 days .our new system covers our needs,We were given options and we decided to trade up to EK1 unit that does heat and on demand hot water.no more waiting for showers dishwasher laundry,and the possibility of a 36% or better savings on oil and electricity savings as well.The Andrea's crew really took our questions to heart and delivered great solutionsite in our time of trouble.I will recommend anyone to check this company before settling on anyone to do hvac in their homes or offices

Of the different companies that we had come to our house to give us a quote for our new furnace, it was clear that Andreas was the most knowledgeable, and they gave us the most options.  What made our job unique was that my husband (who is fantasically handy when it comes to home improvements) did a lot of preparatory work before they came in order to cut down on our labor costs.  Because of this, they needed a fairly high level of communication in order to make sure that his work would fit with what they needed to do.  Nathan came to our house several times to discuss how the duct work would be installed and went through all the options with my husband very thoroughly.
We were told that it would take 3 days to install the furnace and all of the new ducts, but in the end it actually took 5 days.  This did cause some delays as I had originally planned out 3 days to be home, and so not all the days could be consecutive.  It also seemed to me that when the men showed up to work it took them a long time to get going.  During the installation of the duct work, one of the main water lines in the house was punctured.  However, they were very quick in cleaning up the resultant mess and repairing the damage.   All the workmen who came to our house were very friendly and professional.  
We have now been using the furnace for about 2 months, and I am very pleased with it.  We have had no problems with the system.

For such a large project at one point or another,  all Techs have worked on the project. Andreas is very professional and friendly. They explained the job and worked with us through the entire project. Minor issues (only 2) were handled very quickly.
This is a very good company, which is a breath of breath air in the construction industry.

I've been using Andreas plumbing for several months. We moved into a new house and had a number of things that needed to be addressed. The company always responds in a timely fashion. We've dealt with about 3 different employees. Each has been courteous, professional and knowledgeable in his craft.. We did some price comparison when we first got here and I believe their prices to be reasonable. We didn't price shop as new things came up because we have been happy with the high quality of their work.

We scheduled an appointment the service tech was on time, dressed nice very knowledgeable.
The job was done in the estimated time and they cleaned up so I didn't even know I had work done.
The cost was a little more than I expected however, they were on the job within 4 hours so I can't complian
about the extra cost.

Service technician, Matt, was very courteous and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it while he was here in a short amount of time.

They were called out in November to work on our heater. The service man got the heater working after moving wires all around. However it would not stay running as the oil in our tank was bad. The home was a foreclosure and had say for a number of years. I thought then, why would the wiring be wrong if the unit worked up to the point the home was vacated. We cleaned out our oil tank and put new oil in. At this point it fired right up and worked for a little over a month. Then it just stopped and no one was there when it happened. Again Andreas was called out. The service man opened the unit and right off said that there were wiring problems and proceeded to move wires all around. Then after about a hour went and called one of the owners who came out. He then moved even more wires around. At that point he said the power vent was shot and would need replaced. Writing me up a quote for work at a cost of $1,700 and left saying if we wanted he could come out and fix the unit if that is what we decided.
The next day was New Year's Day so we waited and called another company out. First the service man checked the power vent, which Andreas insisted was shot, and found it to have no problems. He was there maybe ten minutes to figure this out. At the same time figured out that the fan on the blower had gone out. Which Andreas never even looked at. The part was ordered and will be fixed tomorrow.
I called Andreas to try to figure things out at which time the owner insisted his people were good at what they do and didn't even try to make things right.

My husband was here. He said everything went smooth and it only took about an hour. He was impressed with the service person and his knowledge.

I spent less than $300. They were a little expensive, but the quality of their work was amazing. I do not mind paying a little more for the quality. I liked their prompt service. It was an emergency call and they came out right away. I would highlight their professionalism, prompt service, knowledge, and skills. The technician, who came out, was amazing. I was away when they came out and took care of the problem. I would use them in the future if required.

They got the drain opened in less than an hour. They were very polite. They people who came out were great. They did what they were supposed to do. I do not have any complaints. They are very professional. They do a lot of different services. They were on time. Their price is very good as I had called other companies also and they were very expensive. I would use their service in the future too.

They came in the night for an emergency call. We had a blocked sewage line that was backing up into our basement. They came right away. The job went really well. I wanted to call and thank them for being really good. They were excellent and they cleaned up after themselves. The charge included charges for the emergency call. They had a very good manner and they explained everything. Even though the price sounds like a lot, it was reasonable. I called them at 8 o’clock in the night and they were here by 8.30.
