Expert Installation & Remodeling

Jack Chahoud visited our home to look over the job and then prepared a detailed proposal with a firm price. He coordinated his work around delivery and installation of a new vanity by another supplier. He and his assistants removed the old vanity and medicine cabinet and moved them to storage in our garage. Then they removed the toilet and broke up the old ceramic floor tiles without much dust or dirt, cleaned up thoroughly and removed all of the debris. They returned the next day to install the new tile floor, and the day after that to grout the tiles. After the vanity was installed they returned to re-install the toilet, hook-up the vanity plumbing, install floor molding, make some drywall repairs and install new towel and toilet paper racks, install an electrical box and a new lighting fixture and hang a large, framed wall mirror. Jack and his team were always cheerful and worked cleanly and efficiently. They were professional and courteous, and made sure that we knew how to properly seal the new tile grouting and granite vanity surfaces. Although he had to make multiple trips to fully complete the work, Jack held to the agreed upon price: there were no cost overruns and we are very satisfied with the job.
