 + 6 morePatrick helped me decide on how the kitchen could be remodeled to be accessible for my disabled daughter. He used photos we sent him of another disabled person's kitchen to design our kitchen. It was his suggestion to replace the old sink with a special handicapped accessible sink with a faucet that doubles as a sprayer on a hose. He then custom built the entire setup. He had to modify the space underneath the counters to accommodate the dishwasher. He installed the washer and dryer in an enlarged bedroom, an unusual situation, but again for my disabled daughter. He did it so that she could access all the controls. Along the way he had to deal with a stopped up drain pipe that poured foul water on him and the carpeted basement floor when he tried to tap into it for the dishwasher.
Description of Work: Patrick remodeled part of my kitchen, installing new cabinets, a wheelchair accessible sink and stovetop and a dishwasher. He also installed a washer and dryer in an extra large bedroom used by my disabled daughter. He also installed a new breaker box and fixed two problems with electrical outlets. He came back after the job was "finished" to replace a bad GFI outlet that I happened to run into at no charge, even though this was not included in the estimate. There was ceiling tile in the basement that had to be removed to put in plumbing for the dishwasher. Much of it crumbled in trying to remove it, and it was obsolete, so couldn't be just replaced. Patrick has even offered to return yet again at no charge to help me replace the tile.
