The gentleman from K.O. Roofing and Sheet Metal who showed up to see what needed to be done within an hour of being called. He was very friendly and polite. He introduced himself but I honestly can't recall his name. Sorry! I'm horrible with names. He took the time to show me what needed work and what was still in good shape. He wanted to make sure that he was aware of everything that I wanted done as well. His day was pretty much filled so he would have to return at the end of the week which wasn't a problem for me. I hadn't truly expected anyone to even be able to show up to give an estimate for a day or so but as I stated before he was there almost immediately after we called. I live across the state and was merely getting some repair work done on the house i'm trying to sell so I paid him up front based on his estimate in case I couldn't be there when the work was completed. I felt that it was a more than fair estimate, especially considering how quickly it was to be done. The date was set to the following Friday but I recieved a call from him the very next day that he had some extra time open up so he went ahead and did it early. He could have just taken a lazy day when his day opened up but instead, he heard that it was going to rain so he repaired the roof before it could do any more damage. Lastly, the roofer noticed that some previously repaired work was done improperly so he fixed the mistakes while he was up there at no cost to me. Courteous and efficient with reasonable pricing. They are excellent. They came on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. They cleaned up. I was very pleased.
