Description of Work: The first time Carl Wessner performed services he was at my neighbor's house and then on his way to another job, but stopped by to unclog my drain leading to the street and troubleshot my furnace that stopped lighting the burner. He took care the drain problem in minutes and ordered the control board for the furnace. A couple of days later the furnace was up and running. Carl is very professional and has reasonably priced services. About three months later he came by on an emergency when my furnace lost the pilot light on the coldest day of the year late in the evening and resolved the issue quickly.
