This is my review and his answer from Google: I sent him directions including the location of the back yard gate key 2 weeks before the start of service. Over a week after his service started my daughter stopped by the house and the back yard had not been mowed. I E-Mailed him and he stated that he did not have the gate key and he "was going to reach out to me" for the key. I reiterated the directions originally given to him and the whole lawn was mowed the second week. By this time the back lawn was so high that clumps of clippings were left all over the back yard and had to be raked out before mowing as they were rolled into the lawn with the mower wheels. There was a skid mark uprooting grass at one rear corner and grass clippings blown up against the house and patio steps and left. There was a divot down to the dirt taken out of the front yard. Over all I was disappointed with the service and would not recommend him to anyone. Response from the ownerin the last week Mr Shaw. I'm very sorry our team couldn't find the key with your directions and a treasure map. You have to admit, it's kind of hidden. Your lawn was cut on its scheduled day after a massive rain storm, which is what caused some of your issues, but we stuck to our scheduled day regardless. We try not to cut wet grass if we don't have to but sometimes it's just not avoidable. We did however come back and recut your back lawn. We services the property three times for the price of two, trying to make up for the wet cutting and convince you we are worthy of your lawn. The "treasure map" was " Go thru the gate at the end of the driveway, turn left, go to the far end of the patio, open the gate, the key is hanging on the right". I guess his best defense is to belittle the customer and try to make the problem the customer's fault. Also, my daughter was watching the property and only saw the front lawn mowed twice and the back yard mowed once.. When I got home the lawn was so long I had to mow it with a grass catcher and I took two contractor size bags of clippings to the incinerator from a 90' X 200' lawn.
