HOME IMPROVEMENT OUTLET INC

The actual floor installation with HOME IMPROVEMENT OUTLET INC went well. We had some dispute over the price, I thought they were somewhat misleading; I think it’s something they can improve on. Two people showed up to do the plumbing work; the younger guy did an okay job the older guys was the one that left out parts and I think they rushed the job .They had to remove a few toilets to lay the floor, they used a subcontractor for this call, Ray W Moyer Inc plumbing and heating. I was highly unsatisfied with the service they performed. They did not facet the toilet tank properly and when I called the plumber directly they told me in not so many words I could fix it myself. The toilet seat cover would no longer stay up and they said there was nothing they can do. On one of the toilets they left out parts. They left out a washer which might become critical to the wear and tear and overall life of the toilet. The purpose of this washer is to assistant the screw or bolt to spread the stress of the bolt pulling into the ceramic toilet tank, not having it can contribute to premature cracking of the tank. What I did like about the plumber was that his rate was reasonable.

It went very well and I would highly recommend them.
